I was a 240 mg a day user of oxy ir for 2 years. I started taking them for a surgery and then it just got out of control. I stopped taking them and stayed clean for over a year and then started using again for pain but in smaller doses(at most 100-120mg) a day. I have been back on the oxy for 3 months now daily. My foot is healed and I took my last dose last night. I know I am going to go through wd's because a couple weeks ago I ran out over the weekend and couldn't get my rx. It wasn't as bad as last time but, just like last time, the rls or the crawling in your skin feeling is the worst! I have clonidine, klonopin, temazapam, carbidopa levodopa, promethazine, serequel and some good pot. I take the klonopins and temazapam on a daily basis for the last 15 years so they don't have the sedating effect for me. It seems like I would take double dose klonopin, double dose temazapam, clonidine, carbidopa levodopa, promethazine, serequel, and a joint and that would knock my ass out so I could sleep through some of it. This is my plan to at least get through the rls. The only thing that worries me is I take too many downers to where I can't hardly move but still have the rls:? Well wish me luck and if anybody knows anything else I can do or if any of these drugs make rls worse please let me know because I really don't remember exactly what I took to ease it the last time?

My gf takes neurotin. Would I need a super high dose? I'm sure I could get about 7 or 8 of em. If that would help with the rls that would be great! Because if I remember right the rls went away in a week or so. What do you think about any interactions with the other meds im taking?

Probably not, but it depends on your reaction. Some people have a very strong reaction, but others don't feel anything. You'll feel it pretty quickly though, and there's nothing preventing you from taking more if needed, so start with 1 (and if for some reason she gets a high mg pill I'd even consider taking half).

They are 300mg capsules. Is that a high dose? Do you guys think that it would hurt to take it with the clonidine and serequel and carbidopa levodopa plus the double dose of benzos that I have taken everyday for 15 years? Obviously the pot can't hurt %)

I might pour out half a 300 to start with. I was once scripted 75mg caps and I definitely felt one (and would NOT have wanted to take 4 my first time). 1 reminded me of a normal cannabis edible, so I could see 4 making me uncomfortable (this was during a time I was basically sober otherwise).
