Please Help - If anybody here is experienced with K-Pins (or on K-Pins), please let me know what doses you take?
Because heres my issue:
I had been scripted for 0.5 mg of Rivotril for my panic attacks and unable to sleep and I just read its one of the most potent benzos out there being 0.5mg = 10mg of Diazepam !!!!!! WOW....
Already I started taking 1 tablet (0.5mg) yesterday and the day before that and made me mildly sedated and drowsy.
Certain indications recommend that doses be incremented like breaking it up to 0.25mg in the first intially therapy. But I did not, because I thought that it will not be that effective for my panic attacks so I went by taking the whole tablet (0.5mg).
Since I am still alive and well after taking the whole tablet, should i now continue on with this dose?
So whenever I do have these attacks, I would plan on taking the whole 0.5mg tab per day and NOT to exceed that.
Will this be fine? Like I said, i felt sedated and drowsy, nothing more. And these effects tapered off after like 4 hours or so.
After all, I survived.
On my next dr. visit, I will ask him too if this should be OK.
