Stimulants Ritalin SR sucks

I'm kinda new here so don't be too harsh %)
SWIM would like to know how to defeat the SR system and make it act like the IR version.

How to crush the pills ? plastic bag, or other...
Would it be sufficient to simply put it in a cup of water and swallowing it or a capsule is needed?
Would the feeling be the exact same as the IR version ?
Any danger by doing this ?
 
We don't SWIM here buddy pal friend.
Smash up your SR ritalin / Concerta and they will turn into IR pills (for oral use) but don't expect then to be snortable or otherwise abusable unless you like snorting wax crayons.

This is pretty self-evident so I'm closing it.
