Ritalin - Doseage questions

i got 10x10mg blister of rital.

I have not slept at all tonight time is now 04.16

i got work in about 1 hour 45 minutes. This will be my first time on rital so i have a liitle experience with amphetamines.

im not looking to get high just some to keep me awake and alert at work and to stop me feeling tired and help me keep my concentration.

when should i start takin the rital? how much will i need in total? (i have a 6 hour shift 6am - 12 midday) how often willl i need to redose?

What should be my starting dose? will the 10x10mg tabs be enough?

what are the does and dont when using this drug/

I'd advise oral dosing if you want to stay awake and not get high - it won't have as much of an edgy euphoric kick, and it'll also last longer. Ritalin only has a 2-4 hour half-life so you may have to redose a few times, I'd keep a couple pills handy with you just in case, at the worst case if you came down before you had the chance to redose you could snort a smaller dose - as insufflated come up only takes a few minutes in my experience.

With no tolerance I'd say try 10-20mg oral as your starting dose, depending on your size, titrate from there

If you havnt taken them ever start low. You can always take more. You can't remove what you have taken. Well u can. But once you are suffering from od symptoms its too late my make yourself throw up.

Also. Ritalin is not an amphetamine. Its smilar.
