Im prescribed ritalin, however have been taking parcetomol/codiene combination tabs daily for the last month. Works out to be 50-150 mg of codiene daily. Im aware there is a belief upper/downer combo has a compounded risk/negative effect but with such a mild stimulant and such a mild opiate is there really any risk of this on a daily basis for a couple months whilst the problems the codiene is being used for resolve.
