I was given a month's trial supply of buspirone by a doctor. I found nothing but negative reviews on bluelight, but I decided I would try it anyway, even though it seems like something that will not work for me. I am on a maintenance does of phenibut as I am tapering down.
There is a warning in the literature that states "do not take if you are taking sodium oxybate (GHB)." Considering the similarities between GHB and phenibut, does anyone know what the dangers might be in taking phenibut and buspirone together?
The obvious answer is "just don't take the buspirone," since it is questionably weak. But I am going to follow my doctor's guidelines.
