Not on a train, sadly.
I really doubt anyone will be able to give a definitive answer, but I guess I'll present you with what happened and you can share your wildest guesses.

A month passed since my last dose of (d)amphetamine, at which point my tolerance required a dose in the 60mg area. The fact that the recreational and medicinal effects usually lasts 4 hours max (when most people experience it for a longer time) might hint at a metabolic idiosyncracy. I don't know. Could there be such a thing as overexpression of MAO? my experiments with Yagé, in spite of increasing the ammounts of rue used, only worked very subtly and that was when I administered it as an enema.

And now, can someone explain to me why I had taken 50mg of dexedrine rectally an hour ago and I am having only mild effects and my heart rate does not seem to have changed; given the fact that I had just stopped a 3-week Selegiline cycle at 5mg p.d.??

Note that I am not crazy to squirt 50mg of amp. up my ass a few days after stopping Selegiline. I had experimented the days prior, starting at just 5mg.

Of course, tolerance is out of question since as I mentioned my last dose was a month ago and it wasnt far from the one I took today. Beside overexpression idea mentioned above, the only other thing I can think about is that my "selegiline" is in fact fake, but that is hard to believe seeing how hermetically sealed and plastic-wrapped the pharmaceutical bottle it came in was!

I've seen a lot of bogus pharms is my day coming off the internet, it's a lot cheaper to make pills and vacuum seal them than it is to buy the required chemicals and then do so. Especially the newer in demand things like modafinil and such.. I wouldn't be surprised at all. I might try something like 8-14mg of 2c-c or something.. if you have a dramatic response, it's probably legit.

yes, there is a def. MAO rebound noticed after about 2 weeks of discontinuing selegeline. no surpise here at all.
