Hi im new in this subforum, i just wanted to ask if this sustances have any interactions. Rhodiola is a plant and the other one a pharma drug.
THanks in advance mates, actually im taking rhodiola for mind focus and bruxism but maybe i should add later buspirone.

im 90% sure this combo is safe

it apparently can interact with ssri's / meds which effect blood pressure / CNS depressants etc, but even with those interactions, it would be rare to have a large effect

i would try a lower than recommended dosage of buspirone to be on the safe side and see if it has any adverse effects, i cant give u 100% guarantee no problems tho

There is an interaction insofar as rhodiola rosea inhibits CYP3A4, which is the precise enzyme that metabolises buspar in the liver, which would increase blood levels of the drug.

Also, there is some evidence rhodiola is serotonergic.

Might want to exercise caution. Best of luck!
