........I go on Ohio post and look
at what everyone post......there is NO drama like there
is on Indy post...............I just don't understand how a
scene next door to us and with so much going on on

hey pharmy when you say there is no drama in ohio, thats
an opinion. when i talked to all the kids from ohio, they told
me that they liked partying with indy kids, because we werent scandalous or trying to rob or rip them off. they said
they love talking with us because were more upfront and
less bullshit (that they know of).

^^ and where the fuck were you!?!?!?!

not at EITHER event!!!

what? did you have to hold the hair of some drunk Broad Nipple hoochie throwing up her cosmos out the back of the Vogue?!?!? ;)

^^^^who cares if he was.....LOL thats the joy with the whole "scene".....people can choose whatever route of musical satisfaction they want.......i like both club and rave scene's. so shoot me. its my opinion. not that i was involved in this convo to begin with, but i'm just saying. "electronic" music is music.......and thats what its about......not how the actual music is given to the public. atleast its out there in all areas.

indy scene

after this saturday made me realize the scene is dead in indy.the same people with the same drama.much love brad for trying but its far too late. i went too scorpio last weekend everyone was dancing having a good time the scene here has become shady, its over time for new prospects.Frank!

Indy has a history of dramatic postings on mailing lists, and now web site forums.
I don't think it's a bad thing for the scene. This is the only median our community has to comunicate. It's important that people acually say something when they post. There's nothing more annoying than 10 pages of postings of nothing but "this party is going to be dope."

Real issues have come to light in Indianapolis, there's nothing wrong with the dance music community expressing their opinions.

It only gets bad when someone personally calls someone out on a message board or mailing list. Let's all avoid that and save it for real world conversations.

I would like to see the major midwest postings for events and discussion move to a page that doesn't evolve around the drug culture. I thought we were trying to get away from that stigma.

Not trying to bash bluelight, the site's servers are very reliable and relatively quick for such a huge site. I just surprised that promoters would post their events on a site with so much drug info(thinking amber alert/rave act).

Hope I didn't often the mods with the last few paragraphs.

just my one cent

people see what they want ot see.

i had kids tell me that the Scorpio party was wack, that
some shit went down, and, altho the security was nice
(yet firm) that other members of the crew -- or supposed
members -- were dicks.

so, usually what happens is one incident damages the rest.
and then people start looking for more mess, or at least
the bad stands out more than anything else.

for every person that says "indy is shady" there's someone
that says "ohio is shady".

so far, i've seen shade everywhere... b-c **GASP** it
IS everywhere.

if you don't see it in a particular city on a particular night
then count yourself lucky.

sorry, that was actually a smart-assed remark for anyone who thought we were being serious and/or "causing drama"... sorry, Loon-E

*****Runs around passing out MIDOL to everyone who's pussy hurts!****

WAAHHHH!!! Quit bitching, Indy's scene is pretty much crap right now. We all know it. It will not get any better with everyone bitching and moaning about what this promoter did wrong and this promoter did right. Go to raves, clubs, fucking go to Joe Schmoes house and dance in his living room. Support the little bit of a scene that we have. If you don't like the way that it goes, then suck it up and go again the next time. INDY NEEDS SUPPORT, that's the biggest problem. Everyone bitches and moans and doesn't go to shit cause they don't agree with something. The scene will stay crap until we all learn to suck in our pride and support Indy. If anyone at all thinks they can do a better job than the people that are throwing things in Indy as of now, than throw down the money and do it. Just don't bitch when you lose half of the money you spent because no one in Indy would support their own scene. Man, everyone wonders why I stay in Ohio now. It's cause I don't have to listen to all the kids out there bitch about how much their pussy hurts. THAT'S MY TWO CENTS!!!

I have a great idea. Lets all just chill out and get really fuct up a Zambezi tonite. Yes, I think that will help everyone out.

But oh yea the party was great had a good time.

I thought it was because everyone in Indianapolis hated you?

Learn something new everyday.

I'm sure Ohio will get sick of you soon enough.

ha! You walked right into that one.

^^ That would almost work if everyone in Indy hated me! Yes, some in Indy could care less if I exist. Most, however enjoy having me around, so screw you buddy!

just too let you know

this is my second and last reply on this site, too all of you that have loved this scene, it only lasts because of you that have a feel and respect for the music, most are there for the wrong reasons, the dancers keep it alive.
