Layha and I (and many others) have to life by real world rules during the day alot of the times.... and the rules state: "when at work, no lookin' at ass"


plus, some 60 yr old woman could have been walking by my desk... see the ass.. and she doesn't say "oh he's on a message board and must have unintentionally opened a message that had a pic of a bootie on it... no harm no foul..."

no she covers her eyes, goes to her desks, assumes that i' looking at porn all damn day, and contacts my supe...

that's the real world.

hence, why ppl use the NSFW thing for those of us who are stuck in it....
 
Lookin forward to the party

Hey everyone, I haven't been on this thread yet I don't think... at least not for a while. Just wanted to say that I am definitely looking forward to this party. I hear Urbane is the SHIZNIT and I can't wait.

Just to clear up some of that drama that has been talked about, not that it really matters since it's so far in the past, but Joe (Arum) and I left Partytildawn for exactly the same things you guys have been talking about. I am not going to talk shit, because who knows who is reading these forums, but I just want everyone to know that Joe and I were never happy with our affiliation with that "company" and as far as that BEMF thing is concerned, It really wasn't Joe who caused all that drama. With that in mind, just know that Joe is a great kid, and one of my best friends, and he's a really good DJ too (whether trance is your thing or not, I have watched this kid come up in a big way in the last year). I hope that all of your who have misinterpreted his enthusiasm for his music take a chance to talk to him and just get to know him for the down to earth cat that he is. I am not trying to start drama or anything, but I really think you guys are misreading this great guy... he could end up being a very important part of rebuilding the fledgling scene here in bloomington.

Anyway, with all that out of the way, I can't wait for the party, and I can't wait for the afterparty. I would really like to meet some of you people, so if you could introduce yourselves, I would be happy. I have some new tracks that i have barely gotten to play out this semester that I personally think you guys wll dig. Look forward to seeing you there. Nice job on promoting the party Geek, I think youre gonna get a pretty good turnout. PS: if you need any help calibrating and EQing the soundsystem, just talk to me, but I am sure you have everything under control :)
