Does anybody know how long the naltrexone in a 50mg Revia will block the feelings of opiates for?

Roughly 20 hours, as it has an active metabolite which is also an opiate antagonist. However, it depends on the affinity. If you have something with a stronger affinity it won't block it, however, I don't know where the affinity of naltrexone is in comparison to other opiates

No problem, be careful if you take it with an opiate tolerance/addiction.

I took it one night and became sicker than I have ever been in my life, the next morning got some heroin to do, and didn't help at all. Horrible feeling. If I had a gun I would've shot myself
