Howdy everyone. I was previously very active on Bluelight, around 10 years ago... I crashed and burned young, learned what happened (and learned a little more about what's going on with this whole life business), decided to be someone different, and here I am. I was previously wastedwalrus, young and cocky and weird 
It's been a long journey... away from the troubles that took me down, and then back again—but, with a difference. After getting a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago, and living in chronic debilitating pain I chose to treat myself with cannabis rather than deal with docs and pain meds. I also started to experience psychedelics, which I had always been to fearful and hedonistic to try. So, three years after making that decision, that one which alienated me from my former lifestyle of recover and abstinence, here I am. What goes around comes around, but not always unchanged 
I hope I can be useful in the message boards, and meet some good people like I did before. I owe my life to BL... the safety guidance and camaraderie it offers were very seriously lifesaving for me, and I hope to rejoin in a way that enhances the community. I look forwarded to getting to know new people with my now (as a "grown-up") taboo interests and my passion for experimentation and appreciation of our human consciousness.
