So what are you doing to make it better? Writing a blog? That'll help, right?

How's about taking whatever concerns you have to admin and writing a well thought out message with substance.

What transparency do you want? Honestly like, if you go to admin with an issue they will be transparent with you as to whatever it is. There is nothing we are hiding. Staff here are ALL volunteers, we all do our very best to manage the forum and to keep it on track. I think you forget this is first and foremost a HR forum. You post in TL, I don't think I've ever seen you give advice to anyone in the HR side of things. That's who we are here for though and that's who we need to serve and do our best for, end of.

Sick of getting points or infracted for being babies in TL? Get over it. Go give advice to people who need it, make your place on BL actually worth it and help people, then come talk to me.
