Retention of urine

I usually have no problem, once when I was at a rave I was standing at the urninal for like 10 minutes! I felt like everyone was staring at me, like people have said above just relax your muscles and it will flow out. Don't try force it out.
 
happens to everyone i know. well, not going that long without pissing though. when im rolling its not that i cant piss its just that i dont feel the need to. i can piss fine if i have to. but how i can tell when im coming down is ill start pissing out all the water i drank that night. every 20 minutes i pee lol
 
Either sit down and pee (relax and let it come to you) or get in the shower. A hot shower usually makes me pee almost instantly as the water hits me.

Hot showers can be bad cuz they can send body temps through the roof. But everyone else is right, if you try to force ur pee it seems like it never happens and you just get pissed off haha. Focus on relaxing more and u will go

I didn't literally mean taking a full blown shower. But if you just turn it on and put your **** in it for a sec, your piss will be like, BAM! HERE I AM!
 
Happens to me every time I roll; if I'm patient and wait 45-60 seconds, I'm ok but usually I'm not that patient and just wanna dance xD
 
I always think I can't go. Just stand there, take a HUGE breath, look skywards, and think of something peaceful.

same shit with me! every year i always stand in that portapotty for like ten minutes before i can piss.

obviously you cant sit in those disgusting things but just stand there and try not to concentrate too hard.
 
Ever tried to pee at the stall and shit came out instead? im jk thats never happened to me but the longest I had to wait to pee was 10 minutes but I didnt notice because the bathroom was bumpin with bass and I was getting loss into it haha,
 
my tips are big deep breath in through the nose out through the mouth, and also i find rubbing my tail bone relaxs me aswell,
 
This is a MAJOR problem for me every single time. It's extremely painful and uncomfortable, but usually only happens to me towards the end of the night. I have tried every trick in the book and nothing helps except sitting there and concentrating as hard as I can. It takes me about a half hour.
 
Sit down wee always works for me.. However I have other plumbing issues to deal with also as I have MS. But sitting down and relaxing always did the job.
 
Does the amount of E play a factor in this? Do you find that if you take too much you'll have problems pissing? Whereas if you take a normal amount you'll be able to piss fine?
 
I have a theory that the pokemaster puts caffeine in his rolls because it helps balance out this problem, as caffeine is a diuretic.

I've never had much problem peeing, and most of my MDMA experiences have been one pokeballs.
