I hear tar can be laced with things like cola syrup.
I wouldn't think many H dealers give refunds, esp if yours was bunk. No substitutions, exchanges, or refunds

I have yet to write a bio on BL. Maybe under another section… I'm off all mind altering drugs now for over 3 weeks, almost have a month off Heroin.

N then u will bring down or push away all those close to u. I just kicked methadone n I am in day shit. I started snorting herointthAt led to shooting and as I happy as I looked like in public I was the same as my fellow users in a alley..stabbing my self with anold needle hands bloody almost in tears no in tears cuz I couldn't hit the vein..today I still crave n I know I'll never escape it.. what substance in the world does that..what leaves it body after weeks months or yeArs but still has a deep hook into u..Heroin does. Sorry if I'm comin on rude or aggressive but during my time as a user I brought ppl to the dark side to support my h abit. This is me trying to make up for it

Well, aren't you sweet. I'm feeling fine by the way...

Anyhow, black tar heroin is the product of a somewhat crude refining process. It's produced in refineries (like many in Mexico) that cannot afford the luxury of sophisticated lab equipment, and therefore cannot isolate a pure acetyl morphine salt (not that much of what you hear referred to as "#4", "china white", "Afghani #4", etc. is actually pure acetyl morphine). What you end up with as a result of the kitchen crank method of refining heroin is something opium-like. The good stuff is going to contain a wider range of the alkyloids from the poppy than powder heroin, and it's generally the best heroin to smoke (but you can certainly shoot it). I've seen people mix raw #3 or #4 heroin powders with cola, vinegar, and other shit from the kitchen to increase the weight, they then proceed to label their abhorrent abomination "tar" and double their cash, but that shit'll ruin your day whereas some good California tar (originally from Mexico or, if you're lucky, South America) can be quite nice. I think the most common cut for real-deal tar is lactose, but I've seen it cut with all sorts of garbage (ranging from talc to instant coffee) and reconstituted. Depending on the cut and the refining process, the color and texture will differ. Some of my favorite stuff is the consistency of a kneeded eraser, but other decent stuff reminisces of large, moist sugar crystals. The "Blowback" form is pretty common around here as well... this just refers to a resiny brown powder that clumps together and can be compressed into a rock when you breathe on it or expose it to moist air. I think the real defining (or at least most charming) characteristic of tar is not in its form at all, but in its alkaloid composition. I would argue that good tar provides a much better rounded high than most of the powder I've tried. The potency/acetyl morphine content is often not as great as its powdered brother, but in many cases I prefer tar to #4 (so long as it's good tar... and I've tried some pretty useless shit). There is a lot of fake shit floating around and even more that actually contains some morphine but is largely composed of something else (like the instant coffee I mentioned up there somewhere ^... yuck!). My buddy was sold a hunk of baking chocolate twisted up in a piece of a plastic grocery bag the other day (boo-hiss). I felt bad for him until earlier today when I was delivered an "8 ball" that weighed a gram... now I feel bad for me .

I had about two thirds of a gram left, so I smoked it up to exactly zero effect. Now the experiment is over. Now it's back to the oxy that I'm prescribed.

I dont know if you read this whole thing, but the reason for trying it was to see if I could escape the pain from over-sensitivity to the oxy, stupidly thinking I'd be able to tell right away. The second reason was to see if I could get high. A break from our life as it is.

Your concern is touching; be assured I'm never spending another dime on it or talking it if it's free. My voice is finally back to normal.

Hi Colonel-

Well, I now know all about heroin. I take it you had more than one chemistry class in school. Or you're like us and have studied just the pills we're on. Anyway that was very interesting.

But I wonder, with all you know, why do you bother with it? Maybe because it's way easier to get than oxycodone? Or you've got a tiger by the tail? Or it just really works for you? Since I didn't feel it, I want to know what it feels like. It's like the first time you have a T3, right? My, those were nice!

But there should be some way you can open it and look at it right there, or smell it or something. The guy I got mine from carries a scale and I actually got more than I paid for. (We weighed it). Maybe he was being nice because we're friends. I can't believe your friend getting chocolate. No wonder drug dealing is a dangerous business. I'd be hunting the dealer down with a shotgun. But then I guess that's part of the whole heroin thing, part of business. I feel bad for you. Both that you got ripped off and that you're in it to begin with.

If you get ready to kick it, I'll write to you throughout the whole process. You're really smart and nice and deserve better. That goes for anybody reading this. Seriously.

Somewhere in the thread that I first wrote colonel Contin tells me all about it. And one of his friends even got a piece of chocolate!! Its a bad business, heroin is.
