Benzos Restoril (temazepam) opinions?

Its a hypnotic benzo and its got a short duration.

Very euphoric for for myself and I've got an average benzo tolerance for this forum. 4-6mgs of Alpralozam gets me alright. 20mgs of Temazepam still fucks me up for some reason. =D
 
i was on temazepam last night. deffiantly one of my favorite benzos. ativan makes me feel stupid and very cloudy headed, while clonazepam makes me feel depressed as fuck for days and tired as shit. fucking hate that stuff. i usually take 60 mgs of temazepam for a night sedated wobbly half euphoric high (i dont really get euphoric from benzos) but this stuff deffiantly has qualities other benzos don't. Diazepam blows everythying else out of the water for me.

i've takin up to 7 or 8, 30 mg capsuls of temaz before still been ok to walk around while being loaded drunk down at the bars.. dont ask me how because i've takin 7 capsuls by itself one night and dont remember a goddamn thing and woke up in the east end of my city in some random girls house still wacked out of my mind. I don' find it has a short duration though i took 2 30 mg capsuls last night and woke up this morning still feeling the effects pretty strong..
 
Reading that article up there, and hearing that it's related to Nimetazepam.. No fucking wonder it gives euphoria for some!
Nimetazepam is one of the most euphoric, lovely, cosy Benzos I've ever had the pleasure of trying :)

interestingly, it also says that temazepam shares cross tolerance with barbiturates and that it states... "An opioid mechanism of action may play a role in some of the pharmacological properties of temazepam."
 
I am mad happy...I once mentioned trouble sleeping to my subutex doc and for the past 3 months he has given me 30 x 30mg temazepam's a month. I was delighted to log on a few months ago and see that they are actually sweet. It;s just that when I fill the script I go through em lke butter.

I am gonna try and save these for special nights or for when I am doing the transition to sub
 
Yeah I really dont recall any reported euphoria but I definitely felt good effects from it.

On it's own, I guess it makes me tired if I want to sleep, if I am trying to party though it doesn't bog me down. It really makes opiates hit a lot harder for me as well as assisting greatly int eh occasional coke comedown.

Also, 10 of the 30mg pretty much put me in a sleep state for over 24 hours when I was withdrawing trying to make it to the point to take a subutex. From the second I woke up I was cold sweating. Would pop 3 or 4 and go back to sleep a few hours, repeat, then before I knew it, it was time to take the subutex and I had slept through the hell

I have a tolerance and have always felt euphoria every single time that I would take them to get high. I was addicted to them for around 6 months, damn I miss them. I have a little bit of a tolerance to benzos. It takes 4mg of Xanax for me to feel relaxed and more to be completely a wreck from them.
 
I find temazepam to be very effective for sleeping while in opiate w/d. They help me sleep through even the worst of hells. The only thing is, while they knock me out very efficiently, I don't stay asleep for long. I have to wake up and redose.

Where did you get a 7.5mg capsule? The temazepam that I get(generic) are capsules with powder inside so splitting up half is bit different than snapping a pill in half. As far as I know 15mg is the smallest dose here...

I'd say since those are the only ones you've ever tried-you're missing out. Temazepam is great for making you feel good. Unlike others, I also find lorazepam in decent doses quite enjoyable. It gives me a near 'body buzz'. Valium is nice in the sense that it's so 'light'. It makes me feel good without making me feel impaired. However, it's so weak that I need at least a good 30mg to feel anything at all.

They do, or atleast they used to do, 7.5, 15 & 30mg capsules.

Yea I noticed that too. That's very strange but it would explain a lot.
And it's good to see that there's so much variance for people here when it comes to that "euphoria".

Also, whoever it was that says Diazepam feel more "light" for them compared to other Benzos - I can see what you mean but I find Temaz even lighter.
I mean don't get me wrong, it fucks me up heavily and gives me a body high also, but it just has a lighter feeling to Diazepam for myself.

Does this benzo have any negative male sexual side effects?

I know after taking xanax for about a month my libido is kinda.... ehh.

aahh temazzies=D They do come in a 7.5mg capsule. When I use to be on the 7.5s before going to the 15s they came in a lil yellow/blueish cap that said 7.5 'For Sleep' kinda funny how they said that. These were the brand name if it makes a diff and was about 1 year and 1/2 ago. There is def euphoria when it comes to these babies, with the right dosage;) Some people I find have to take insanely ungodly amounts while others, myself only need 15mg. lovely stuff!

I'm not sure at all to be honest, but I've never noticed any "negative male sexual side effects" off Benzos at all myself.
