restless legs

I've been having this plague known as restless legs. It feels like a restless ache in my calf's. Are there any remedies that have worked for others? What medications work because the propaninol prescribed to me isn't working.

I know I have been prescribed Mirapex for RLS. They are annoying and not as bad anymore after opiates.. been 7 months away from heroin. The only thing that ever consistently worked was opiates but that was a catch 22 because they made it worse when withdrawing. I'm happy to say I can deal with them alot better now than before.

Yeah hydrocodone seems to be the only thing that helps now that I'm out of mxe. Its amazing how fast 5 grams of mxe can go

I've used a heating pad on my knees before and that seemed to help.
