Day 5 no opiates, suboxone, nothing. Stomach/Body aches, etc basically gone, the only problem is tossing and turning in bed. A little THC helps but does anybody have any methods or suggestions for me

Magnesium supplements can definitely help. Valerian Root to help with sleep, perhaps some melatonin.

If PAWS persist, Kratom will do wonders for where you're at in the withdrawal process. It will stop the restless legs and help you sleep. But if you can do without Kratom and stick to supplements, all the better.

As for RLS, you need some good supplementation like Iron, Magnesium, L-tyrosine, and a solid diet. It's really a tough one because it's dopamine related, and your dopamine receptors are down-regulated. As you give them time to recover the RLS will eventually disappear. I've also found baths in extremely hot water to be helpful.
