Is it effective and more importantly is it safe?

I have searched but can't find a thread on safety or indeed if anyone has taken it after E.

Pulse out.

Unless its your first few times using mdma and your all excited about how good your night was then there is no need for anything to help you sleep after mdma..........most people seem to sleep like babies as soon as they put there heads down.

Are you sure what your getting is mdma???

Certainly doesnt sound like it if you need something to help you sleep.

They might have a little d-amp in them. But I'm a light sleeper in general, my mind mind a tad overactive. I don't do them often but when I do I find sleep a problem. I bought a box of restavit and tried them witout E. 50mg knocked me right out. But I'm wondering is it safe to take them after E. If there were bad interactions or something like that?

very safe. shouldnt ever have a problem with that stuff. just take them when you are about to sleep.

I think it dehydrates you quite a bit though, so have a drink before you go to sleep otherwise you might wake up in the middle of the night/sleeping period with a dry mouth, its happened to me and it sucks.

I'd be careful, mdma and diphenhydramine, which is very similar, potentiate each other very strongly. I'm not sure if the same is true for doxylamine, but it's in the same class of drugs as diph so it's a strong possibility that there could be a bad interaction. One of my friends took 50mg of diph after taking mdma and it sent him into a crazy horrible delerient trip.

Shit that sounds pretty scary. Well has anyone done this mix (e then doxylamine) without bad interactions?

interesting thread. prozac and other serotonin reuptake inhibitors are actually modelled off of the diphen/doxyl chemicals and as such, antihistamines also inhibit the reuptake of serotonin. be careful. i would advise against this, for safety sake.
