I always get slammed if my friends know that I shoot heroin, saying I'm going to build a tolerance and become a junkie. But the thing is I've been doing it since 2001, and since then I've only used about a total of 30 times. Also since beginning to use I don't think there has been a time when I didn't have some heroin in my stash, so its not like I didn't have access to good gear. Recently I've only been buying No.4 heroin, and haven't gone over 25mg/dose in the odd 3 times per year that I feel like nodding.

I've never felt addicted in the past 13 years of heroin use, so I'm pretty certain I never will. I remember some friends I had when I first started to use, they couldn't sleep until they used all their drugs, so personality trait definitely pays a part. Am I some kind of self-control freak, or are there others here that can also control their use and enjoy the nice euphoric rush only one or two times a year.

I don't think anybody gets into heroin use without knowing it's addictive potential, but being conscious of this and knowing your priorities in life I don't see how you could slip down the slope to chronic addiction, as then you can't even enjoy what makes heroin so enjoyable in the first place which is the instant euphoria and warmth.

I can't tell whether you're bragging or complaining that you have caring friends. In either case congrats on being the one in a million.

I agree with this guy. What was the point in posting this? Its not really a question or anything that can be discussed. No offence but there doesnt seem to be a reason to this other then to give us a small insight as to who you are which is what blogs are for.

I hate you. Just kidding! I wish I could be a responsible heroin user... I tried and become a long-term IV heroin user. I don't think it's as easy as saying: "if I am conscious of it's addictive potential, then I can avoid the addiction!" I was well aware of how could destroy my life, but I have the kind of personality where it is difficult for me to avoid obsessive thinking and compulsive action. I also have mental health issues (anxiety) that influenced my drug seeking behavior. Heroin was too strong of a siren's song for me... I am afraid that you don't understand addiction or that MAYBE you are a troll. Anyway, this is just my experience. I have been clean for a year.

Everytiem I use herowin I get mass u4ia and then when it's gone I cri evrytiem. :(

This does not exist... Responsible heroin use ahahahahahah! I am not going to lie, didn't even read the post just the title... *I read it*(edit)

Oh yeah, closed.. There is no harm reduction here.. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RESPONSIBLE HEROIN USE! If you have any questions why I closed this absurd thread, feel free to PM me.
