Hope this thread is ok, i dont see why it would be a problem and I cant find any other recent ones with decent info.

I have imported a few times without issue from a trusted euro bunch and UK distributer. Most of my orders have been for scheduled chems, but the most recent ones I have kept legal/ un-scheduled.

My last order never arrived and my most recent one is also taking a lot longer. Have I been black-listed? Can this happen?

The bunch i go through are very helpful and claim that 99% get through no problems into australia. They claim the shipments must be lost and that their shipments are very good and would not arouse suspicions.

They offer free re-shipment, but I am worrying my name and/or address has been flagged. Would this be the case?

Anyone have first hand knowledge of Australian mail/customs systems?

Look man, I don't know what RC isn't covered under our extremely broad and vague analogue laws, but if you're not breaking any laws I don't see why customs would confiscate it.
I doubt the police would have you on any "watchlist", if they knew what you were doing they wouldn't have just sent your orders to your house knowing there are illicit substances encased.
If they did find one of your packages, I'd assume they'd send you a letter/knock on your door, with that being said, I've never worked in customs and I'm just going by uneducated assumptions.
And on the not of things being said and ignorance, this thread will probably be closed as there's no HR and this is on the verge of sourcing.
If you're not willing to face the consequences of any and all the possible outcomes, don't fucking do it.

Bluelight isnt here to help you with the importation of scheduled or unscheduled substances. There's a 50/50 chance you will get it. Customs either inspect it or they dont. They do blacklist addresses, they have a date base with blacklisted addresses so they can can keep an eye on it (Mate works at customs) , most of the time there are so many packages incoming that its very hard to check every single package which explains why some get through and others don't. If you do decide to order soemthing one of the following will happen.

1. They will seize and destroy your package
2. Customs dont inspect your package and you receive it safe and sound (If you do just a tip dont open it for a few days)
3. Send you a warning letter (Love letter)
4. Contact you and ask for requirements (Import license, proper documentations etc etc)
5. Make a controlled deliver and bust your ass and make an example out of you like they did with 4mmc.

Id rather not risk it, the legal action, court costs incrimination, penalties etc arnt worth it. You might get it through a few times if your lucky but eventually one of the 4 options are bound to happen. Good luck.

Why do you say don't open it for a few days sus? You're pretty knowledgable/informed and I like reading your posts, so it'd be cool if you got a chance to reply before the lock.

If its a controlled delivery they will either make you sign for it which still doesnt mean its your as it could be some other package that you have been waiting for etc then give it to you and wait til you open it then raid you. Its a common tactic that they use. Good idea to write return back to sender on it too just to be safe and move it to a few different locations as well.

They normally don't unless they want to make an example out of you, sometimes they try their luck, usually most people have other shit laying around that could be incriminating also.

LOL scaremongering, bl's enemy.

The feds will not bust you for fkn small tiny quantities. It costs far too much - if you keep it simple and personal they're not gonna come looking - just destroy what they do find.

It's about $$$ mate. remember that.

They're looking for dealers, not kids getting high off random chems on the internet.

Personally i've not heard of someone receiving a love letter in a long time. With the advent of the internet theres just far too much contraband coming in for them to be able to take the time to do something about every parcel they bust.

That said doesn't mean it won't happen, just highly unlikely - can you share what chems you're trying to get in - the laws are different as is how each chemical can be tested and the times it would take for them to do something about it + rough quantities would be helpful too

Not OP here, but I'm thinking about getting 1g of 6-APB in the mail. Thoughts on that MrIbis?

It is very unlikely Ibis, but if you're not willing to have it happen, don't order RC's, as it's a possibility.
I also think I'd trust someone who I find a bit more cautious than someone who wrote up a story about using a seatbelt as a tourniquet and shooting up in a moving vehicle ;)

Umm, you forgot number six -

6. Pocket it.

Never sign for anything. It's well-known there's a bit of a slowdown on postage lately. UPSP or some American company is running VERY slow, some not even arriving after 30 days.
Anyone can mail anything to anyone, by any return address.
Our anologue laws cover everything.

DENY DENY DENY, because you didn't order any RCs.
Australian customs misses around 80% of illicit package, (assumed statistic, don't quote me)

Just put a different name on the package, be careful when ordering it so they can't trace it via your computer/credit card, and deny the shit out of it if they confront you, and they really can't prove jack.

Its USPS = United State Postal Service. There not running very slow its just our customs taking their time. I order random stuff from US and other countries all the time and I receive big packages within 4-9 working days.
Interested to hear where you got that 80% though. As far as I know they screen every package, it really comes down to how lazy they are or if they miss it for some reason. Definitely not 80%.

I've ordered supplements from the US using USPS before and it took a month to arrive here, with no "this package has been opened by customs" letter (i do see them quite a lot when I order supplements). Ever since then I don't give USPS any more of my money, I'll pay the extra money and get it fedexed, at least I know I'll get it quickly that way.

I'm going to go ahead and close this; we aren't here to advise you on issues with customs, especially if you are potentially importing grey area or illegal substances.

Best of luck,

Mr Blonde
