Research Chemicals with a Spiritual Edge?

I think what you are looking for is DMT, even though it's not a research chemical.
Most tryptamines can have a spiritual edge, pronounced maybe even. I would go for the 4-substituted ones like 4-AcO-DMT, 4-ACO-DiPT and 4-HO-MIPT if it has to be a RC. 4-HO-MET is almost pure visually for the most it seems, but it is definately worth trying.

Depends on dosage and setting etc.
I could see spiritual potential in many of the psychs I've done. Even some folks on MDMA or ecstasy get spiritual.
It could depend on your state of mind as well. What you are interested in or not. Etc.
If you do too many drugs and have near death or out of body experience it could happen on tylenol I suppose.
Most of the time I think the spiritual trips are associated with higher doses than the norm.
I don't always go for a spiritual thing. In fact I never did until it happened to me.
then I kept trying to repeat it and couldn't get it to happen again all the way. lol
I'm sure if I took a good four rips of DMT I might see some spiritual things or get some hefty revelations again no problem.. Same could be said for just about any drug. Shrooms ,lsd etc.
BTW MXE is what opened me up to the spiritual world.

DPT i hear has the potential to be pretty spiritual but i have yet to try it.
also i agree with others that just about all compounds i have tried have the potential for spiritual experience's, just depends on what your looking for and how your mind set is at the time.
i also had my first what many would call spiritual experience without trying to find it, it just happened. i also tried repeating the experience many times and then gave up on it, then 2 year later out of the blue 1.75gs of cubensis mushrooms showed me more than i ever thought 1.75 could do, was very similar to the first experience but still it felt like i was returning to a place i have been to before wasnt as new as the first time.
alot of excellent lsd did it to me the first time, was just 3 hits though. my guy did say 1 was well enough for people who don't trip much at the time i was getting dosed. im also sure it wasn't anything else was out of this world intense for just 6 hours and it stopped pretty quickly clean stuff, was definitely up for the next day though just amazed at the fact that something could do that to you.

As said by everyone else, a spiritual experience is based on the person and whether or not they have the ability to 'conjure' something of that nature.
But IMO the most spiritual research chemical for me is 2C-B, it has such an amazing balance for. It gives me the ability to become extremely introverted and look into myself and critique myself with the inner self-conscious dialogue that is always there.

OP, I agree with Survived Abortion that most anything can be very spiritual, always depending on set and setting and some skill. Yet I will mention my personal spiritual RC favorites
1. MXE - Definitely, for me, the most spiritual substance ever, at M-hole dosages. At lower doses, rather uninteresting
2. 5-MeO-DIPT. For me, one of the deepest tryptamines. Many hate it, though
3. 4-AcO-DMT - An all time favorite. Many and wonderful spiritual workings can be done with this one. Much easier to work than the other two, but, for me, not as fulfilling

lsd is for me the most spiritual drug i have ever taken by a mile- it always connects me with the universe and thats why i avoid it except for rare occasions
Thanks for confirming what many of us agree on regarding the potential of LSD but it is not a research chemical.
Expect a 'most spiritual drug B&D thread' to be overloaded with post mentioning LSD, mushrooms, mescaline and DMT as the classic psychedelics. I'd have to hear a lot more interest to want to support the creation of such a thread, because there are so many nuanced ways to describe things like 'sacred, profound, mystical, spiritual, life-changing, religious, ++++ inducing' etc. They may not mean the exact same but hopefully you see the point where it could get confusing. Tell me, what sacred psychedelics are not spiritual?
If the thread would be created an option would be to only allow mention of research chemicals and/or including a poll listing the typical classic psychedelics and allowing the option 'other... post to explain' for all exceptions.
Personally I agree with 4-AcO-DMT but not 4-HO-MET for spiritual purposes because 4-HO-MET was too recreational and fun for me even at very high doses. It just wouldn't penetrate the veil of the spiritual importance, the profound and ineffable that touches you so deeply you cannot helped but be moved deeply.
DPT is at least as purely spiritual for me as 5-MeO-DMT but so very jarring. The collateral damage of 5-MeO is limited, it being so straight-to-the-point for me, but even though DPT consistently produces a sense of the presence of holiness in me, meanwhile it feels too ravaging. Too high potential for soul rape so to speak.
I also find 2C-T-7 exceptionally entheogenic and entactogenic, so much so that it approaches the therapeutic qualities of mescaline for me. Which I definitely find a spiritual attribute.
Other than these there are remarkably few that intrinsically put me on my knees and demand life-begging respect. Which is not to say they cannot be intense, or even so intense your sanity may be temporarily in question... but that's not quite the same thing, is it. The wonders of the spiritual must be separated from the wondrous adventure and fascination that lies in experience of severe disruption of consciousness.

I agree with the other posters that any research chemical has the potential to provide a spiritual experience. But for me there are a few that are more likely to than others:
* 4-HO-DiPT - triggered kundalini awakening in me, experiences of inner light, and entity contact
* 5-MeO-DMT - feelings of deep inner peace, and interconnectedness with the entire universe. (I always insufflated this instead of smoking it, maybe that's why it wasn't as overwhelming for me as it is for many people)
* 4-AcO-DMT - a sense of mystery and awe at the ancient vastness of the earth, and how tiny we are in comparison
* 2C-P - deep emotional cleansing and healing
* and especially, 25I-NBOMe - my all around favorite psychedelic at the moment, has triggered several profound entity contacts and is currently leading me to study sacred geometry and kabbalah.

From what I've read DPT sounds very special and unique.
4-aco-dmt is a worthwhile trip. But even at 40-50mg I find it can't take me to the places LSD or Mushrooms can at more reasonable doses.
I find 2C-E to be lacking in the spiritual feelings. As well as 25C and 25D.
