Was wondering if anyone on here has tried snorting requip/ropinirole? anybody here know if it will increase its effects and or work quicker and better? I'm trying to find the best ROA to use this to potentiate my Buprenorphine... any input on this pill, its effects snorted vs. P.O., and the best ROA are very helpful.

Pharmacology:
Requip/Ropinirole acts as a D2, D3, and D4 dopamine receptor agonist with highest affinity for D2. It is weakly active at the 5-HT2, and α2 receptors and is said to have virtually no affinity for the 5-HT1, benzodiazepine, GABA, muscarinic, α1, and β-adrenoreceptors.[7]
Ropinirole is metabolized primarily by cytochrome P450 CYP1A2 to form two metabolites; SK&F-104557 and SK&F-89124, both of which are renally excreted,[6] and at doses higher than clinical, is also metabolized by CYP3A4. At doses greater than 24 mg, CYP2D6 may be inhibited, although this has only been tested in vitro.[1]
 
Wasn't your last thread about this drug closed? I'm not terribly sure the mods are going to be happy you opened up a new one basically asking the same thing as the one that got locked.

In any case, Requip won't get you high. Its been tried and its pretty much worthless recreationally. I don't know anything about bupe and it but its doubtful.

this.

this drug has no recreational benefit irregardless of the method of administration or dosage. it's worthless in that respect and has an array of unwanted and potentially harmful side effects, especially if taken in excess. please follow your prescribing physicians instructions.

Requip has no abuse potential.
Let me give you an idea of how harmless it is. When I was in rehab, plenty of people had post-acute RLS and the doctor who came twice a week to see patients in the rehab frequently prescribed it. A few desperate addicts tried snorting it to no avail. It is worthless for recreational value. Case closed.

Also, this was a rehab where absolutely NO controlled substances were allowed, for example nobody was on suboxone, benzos, phenobarbital, etc. Once they left the 7-day detox facility at the very beginning of the program.
