Ok i'm not sure I found what I was looking for in the search engine. I'm not looking for supplements too much, because I already take a lot of them and they dont' help at all. I did a lot of E/mdma for a few years (about once a month at least until I quit a year ago) and then a few months recently of almost-daily opiate use (mostly stuff like hydro and tramadol, but also some dilaudid and oxy and heroin).
I feel like I damaged my brain a huge amount, although the amount I did was moderate compared to some of the people on here. Maybe this is just the usual depression/anxiety that I have to go through, but I'd just like some advice on what others have done to repair damage to endorphin and serotonin receptors. Foods to eat, herbs I might not have heard of, things to do...? I take zoloft and supplements like st. john's wort and D-phenylalanine - they aren't helping at all anymore.
