Reminder: No "what should I take" threads

Just a friendly reminder that we do not allow "what should I take" threads on Bluelight. This is a harm reduction forum and while we are here to educate and we will do our best to answer any questions that you have about substances that you encounter, we are not here to guide you in the direction of what drugs are suitable for you and your situation. We do not condone illegal activity and most of us are not doctors or in any other field that would qualify us to be able to tell you what drugs you should be doing.

I have seen a few of these threads lately and I will start closing them on sight. Ask all the questions that you want in the appropriate threads and forums about substances that you have interest in but do not ask us to help you plan out your partying.

Yeah I was thinking about that but stickies add clutter. I figure we will bump it if necessary but people will likely have comments about it.

Its not really a new policy, its just been extremely loosely enforced but its starting to get out of hand again and we have people who know nothing about drugs being told to go get x drug rather than just educating them on the different drugs out there.

There have been a shitload of these kind of threads lately, lol. I usually try not to give advice on what to take, in those threads. But, I do try to educate people on different substances from my experience of using them. Anything to help someone not hurt themselves.

Trust me kat I understand what you are saying..... So many registering without even looking at the forum guidelines let alone the rules and BLUA. I agree the emphasis should be not what drug to take, but what drugs there are too learn about.
