time winding down,
only a few days,
i should probably have a frown,
but i smile in many ways.

depletion of time,
doesn't always rhyme.
but in time,
these words still will.

happiness shone on my lawn,
i see light, in the dark,
endings always spawn.
a life, a spark

reason to believe,
something keeping faith,
nothing is deceived,
in this moment, i say my grace.

see this face,
the smile ear to ear,
when i switch my gear,
do you keep the same pace?

i want you to stay near,
keep in touch,
don't forget im here,
it'd be a painful crutch.

my friends, few people i trust,
you've always been around,
without a sound,
don't throw those times to the dust.

growing the time,
creating the past,
i've been the quiet mime,
as the future approaches fast.

remember me.
im always here.
always have,
always will.

you can rythm, i always admired that in your writting when you do. I certainly can't and don't try and just enjoy those who do.
