I think I need a vacation
Go home to get some sleep
There’s too much complication
And I just don’t want to compete
Everyone is so angry
Some are angry with me
Won’t somebody come and save me
Come and be my relief

You can come and take my place
‘cause I don’t want it anymore

‘cause now those ways are yours
You can even wear my face
Though it was usually ignored
Just as long as you take my place
And let me close my door

I need this time to myself
So I can figure this all out
I’ll be resting here on this shelf
That’s overstocked with misery and doubt
That’s why I need this replacement
It’s a nice rest for my mind
Won’t have to make a statement
And you’ll be the one who needs to be on time

I really like this piece. I think everyone can relate. I love the flow and the rhyming.
This definately fits what my mood has been lately. Its so nice when someone else can describe perfectly what it is you're going through when you just cant find the words.

this was great to read...with my crazy life ups and downs i often feell like i need to explode and something to focus on...i have somehting now and its so great to be able to keep my feet on the ground
