How bad is it to IV properly wheel filtered pills with a sterile setup and flawless technique? Does the filter get out most of the insoluble harmful material?

Would you say it is healthier than ...

1) smoking pills (roxis) off of foil?

2) smoking cigarettes?

Is there any benefit to running your drug solution through the micron wheel filter twice or does it catch everything it is going to catch on the first pass?

Whatman wheel filters cost more than other ones and are supposedly the best. But even buying in bulk the .22s are at least 4 dollars apiece. Do they filter better than the other brands that I can get for 1 dollar apiece or is the difference negligible?

Yes, a micron filter gets out most of the insoluble fillers. Here is a thread about why micron filters are essential for harm reduction.
 
I have been micron filtering (0.22um whatman GDX) suboxone for 3 years and shooting 5-6 times a day. I've had zero acute health problems except for some scarring in high use areas. Now this speaks nothing of long term problems but this is a large reason for my discontinuing use. I just don't trust a micron filter enough and there hasn't been any long term studies on this that I'm aware of.

I maintain that it is the best possible situation if you must inject pills. If you are looking for a rationalization for indefinitely doing it this way, I'm not prepared to give one and I would encourage you to pursue different avenues if possible. There is really no way to know how bad this will be for a person in the long term.

Btw, I found 150 filters on eBay 2 years ago for $50. I realize this might have been a once in a long time deal but just check it out every once in a while.
 
I bet that smoking cigarettes is less harmful than smoking pills, even if you micron them.

I've vaporized micron'd oxycodone and oxymorphone IR and it still made me feel like I had inhaled gasoline vapor.

Not worth it at all.
