Hello,
I'm sure I'm not the only one here to relapse. Myself, I've relapsed about a dozen times. My situation is unique, however. My addictions are to oxycodone and kratom. Painful medical conditions have led me to an ongoing monthly prescription which I can not NOT abuse. For the new year, I decided to live without opiates. I withdrew painfully for a week, then I found myself in a happy place. But then I had to have emergency oral surgery on a molar which was quite painful. I'm back to square one. The problem with this is, I am so depressed about it, which makes me want to use more. I also know I can go pickup another prescription and I have plenty kratom around. What's the secret to staying good for good?
