Relapse after a week of withdrawels

I have been using for about 6-8 months. 5 days ago I decided to get clean, I managed to make it to now. I was using about 50 MCG of Fentanyl orally by mouth per day. The withdrawel symptoms were nearly all gone, at least physically, i was just tired. But today I took 20 Ml of oxy.

Can anyone help me if im going to go through the same withdrawels all over again or just a day or two?

There's a difference between "relapsing" and plain old "getting high". Typically a relapse involves reverting to old patterns after a period of some sort of change. I've done both (relapsing and just deciding to get high). There is definitely a world of difference between the two

It depends on the person. It will probably be like the last day of withdrawal again.

You'll probably feel some sort of crappy way when it's out of your system. Waiting for like a month and then using for one day would have been your best bet, if you really want to use again. You should take advantage of how far you've actually gotten detoxing--I know you would hate to go through a week of hell all over again. Stop now, not so bad. Go another day or two, and going without a next dose will be a tough urge to resist. Hope you feel better, and keep working on getting sobriety

Like the guy above me said it prob won't be bad if you stop now, but let's honest if u have the cash your prob gonna dose again. I'm not dogging you, I've been there and done that (too many times). its not an easy life being addicted to something, constantly watching the clock, looking for more. If you've only been using for a few months stop now bro trust me things can get much worse, look for help, talk to someone. Just a suggestion, good luck -gg

If the withdrawal symptoms were almost done with but still there sufficiently to be felt, while it should not set you back to anything like peak intensity of withdrawal symptoms it will probably set you back to some extent. It's difficult to say how far. You might be lucky and get away with it, symptoms not becoming any worse than they were at the last, but you'll almost certainly drag out the remainder of the withdrawal, coming back to exactly the same point you were at before dosing at the very least. Not good when you were so very nearly done with it. As mareseatoats said if you dose again on the back of this one you'll very likely be right back into full withdrawal proper. You need to leave it at least a week after cessation of symptoms to be sure IMO.
