Rehab - Looking to stack supplements

Hey all,

I've gone through a pretty rough year, and I'm looking for ways to fix up my health. I had a brief mdma binge (wasn't that bad, but I am looking to repair and prevent neurotoxicity in the future). More of a problem is an alcoholism problem that I've been struggling with, but making good strides towards resolving.

I've started an exercise regimen, and getting pretty into it, though I'm still kinda weak.

Some of the problems I have are:
1. insomnia - lots of trouble getting to sleep, then getting up, and being tired the whole day. its a constant struggle. i eliminated caffeine entirely from my diet, and it didnt help.
2. anxiety - i think this is related to the alcohol and withdrawal symptoms. this probably links back to my insomnia as well.
3. mild-moderate depression - not sure where this stems from, but yea i do have some depression and I try to manage. i've taken SJW for it, but I've stopped that for the last month.
4. Mental acuity - I feel that I've lost some of my sharpness, and want to get and build it back going forwards.

Here is what I'm thinking (I've started a fwe here and there, but I'm looking to for a better detailed stack, and more information about some of the supplements and others to take).

1. Piracetam (~1g/day) - i hear this helps with memory and concentration
- Choline (~500mg) day - piracetam uses up choline so need to supplement

2. Ginkgo Biloba (?) - memory enhancer

3. Vincopetene - Vasodilation and nootropic

4. Picamilon - GABA combined with Niacin. Maybe help with anxiety.

Other supplements
- Vitamin B (b50 complex, b12)? - looking for a good combination of this
- Multivitamin (Standard Multivitamin)
- Milk Thistle (Liver protection)
- Melatonin (sleep aid)
- Creatine (mainly using to help with strength)
- SJW - I was on this for around 4 months and quit because of headaches.
- Protein mix (Whey/Casein) - gain weight and build muscle

Any other suggestions? Another issue is, I don't necessarily want to be taking 20 pills a day. Are there any known mixtures of all of these commercially available (or something relatively close). I've seen some 'Focus Mix' available at some drugstores, but it didn't have a lot of the ingredients I was looking for.

Any advice is appreciated.

I'm also generally against taking benzos for the alcohol withdrawal (though I have in the past) because of the potential for benzo addiction then benzo withdrawal. Also not very interested in typical antidepressants (though if there are some without the side effects of most SSRIs/MAOIs, I'd consider them).

Thanks.

I've made it through the acute symptoms. I think I just generally have anxiety now.

Have you learned any techniques for dealing with that - CBT, meditation, relaxation exercises, visualisation etc? Now would be a really good time to learn them if you haven't already.

no techniques yet. i think i will get a psych referral from my doc... for now i'm focusing on nutrition/supplements & exercise, and refraining from much drug use.
