Regulated dose powder dispensers?

Does anyone know of the proper name of those regulated dose powder dispensers? Like the ones you see in some movies... Something you can carry around with you and twist the top and take a sniff, rather then opening up a baggy or flap or what have you and dumping out a pile or line to sniff??

What is the name of these things so I can go to my local head shop and see if they have them.... or where to get online?
