Hey, so i'm gonna do my best to try and keep it short and to the point as i tend to get off track. For those who are not interested in reading the long post and just want to answer or reply to the direct question scroll to the bottom and its there.
So I am a young student who has smoked weed recreationally probably 3-4 years like once a day or less. During that time the weed that my friend bought for us to share was what probably most people would consider cheap reggie because we got it for so cheap. I wasn't really interested in weed or researchng/educating myself about drugs as I am now, but either way when me and my ex best friend would smoke it we did it out of a gatorade bottle that he made into a bong. Needless to say we used to get very very high and massive hits (I realize that now since i don't smoke out of bongs anymore) and my eyes would feel super heavy and I wouldn't be able to control the munchies, nor was I real social/talkative or functional. I moved onto a lot of other harder drugs and kinda lost my interest in marijuana until 4 years later now.
I have been smoking daily for roughly 4 months now, and know more about marijuana etc then i did before. The stuff that i smoke is not real high quality/dank stuff because the prices are sky rocket high here for the same stuff you can get as half as cheap in other cities that usually have higher quality of marijuana. Needless to say the stuff I smoke is not completely garbage (It might be to those who have a tolerance) nor is it the worst kind of weed which i hear is literally mostly brown etc. It is green for the most part with some brown and when i look at it with a microscope I can actually see some white "crystals" (the trichomes). However it is reggie/mids and for the most part I usually smoke from a 0.2-1 gram a day, although I do not have a scale from calculating how much I buy, use, and how long it lasts me, I would have to say for the most part I average to smoke a little less than half a gram for most days.
I smoke out of a pipe, because I find it more appealing than a blunt/joint and mainly because blunts and joints waste a lot more weed, and increase tolerance much faster. I smoke usually 4-10 bowls a day that usually each yield atleast 4-5 average hits, and 2-3 huge rips etc. Surprisingly I still am able to get high every time I smoke but I have learned to handle the aspects better and am much more functional etc. I have found many ways to intensify the high through safe methods, such as Omega-3 that works on the cannaboid receptors (good for health in general) I also take magnesium as well daily which doesn't intensify the high like omega 3 but does have its own health benefits. There are a few other methods but the new one I have been experimenting with is exercising and wanted some responses in regards towards that... so here is my direct question (I told you i'd get off track).
------Does exercising regularly or frequently have an impact on your marijuana high? I tried to look up answers everywhere and found things irrelevant to my question, and no I'm not talking about working out while high, i'm talking about smoking after working out. I have started to exercise in the past few weeks to help reduce my depression/anxiety because I know amongst the numerous benefits of exercising it also increases dopamine/seratonin. However in the past few weeks sense i have been exercising, I really do feel that I have been getting a little bit more high/stoned which is a great thing. I would assume if your healthier in general than your quality of your high is better too. It's not just feeling more high right after i exercise, I am talking about the days when I am not exercising as well. I just feel in general my highs are even better now, but want to know from someone who can confirm that or does daily/frequent exercise not impact the quality of your high at all? I just feel the increased circulation, slight mood lift effects of exercise may trigger this, can someone chime in?
