ps marquis was a notably slow change to purple. The reagent is a number of years old now but does still go to black in reasonable time when testing the dutch pills.

Had these New Year's Eve, a few have had them too, they were sound, can't really comment as I also had a supreme and a black Dom perignon. Was intrigued by them as I had the pink bluetooths and they were spot on, very much like the old Q-dance crew presses, I know it's only colouring but even still
 
Sad to see a few people hospitalised in Birmingham with 1 unfortunately passing away after contaminated ecstasy. No description of what it was though. What's going on at the moment !
 
MDMA can kill, and have adverse effects in about 1 in 100,000 people. On big nights like Boxing Day and NYE, I would imagine a lot more people than usual would indulge in drugs. I know people who only take them on NYE for example. Cocaine is probably more likely to be used too, so you've got a combination of alcohol, coke, pills and overcrowding/overheating on NYE. Probably much more so than the average weekend, especially in regards to overcrowding.
PMA/PMMA could be the culprit, and it seems like there's a pattern with good presses following bad ones. PMA Mitzubishes and supermen for example.
Evil fuckers! If you insist on a making a copycat pill wouldn't it be cheaper to use a safer RC like Methylone ?
I don't blame the police for putting out these warnings, as it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm hoping they get to the bottom of this.

Unless you're certain your Lions are good I would procede with caution. If you have a copycat pill that contains a MDMA/PMA mix how can you test for that with a kit? Wouldn't the purple puddle mask out any presence of PMA?
 
The kits come with different tests, to determine if there's anything else in there, if you buy the more expensive ones.
 
Anyone tried the master-card pills? Been offered them for around 3 quid a pop from my usual source, however if they are going to be 'dutch and mongy' I'll give them a miss.
 
I'd give them a miss. Usual story and likely on second/third batch now as I had them In October.

So - where the fuck are the Dutch Lion successors?

I've been on the mastercards for a while, for me they're a really nice pill, not mongy at all, and plenty empathy. I've been taking 1/2 to start with and the other half later. Everyone that's tried them have given good feedback. Hope that helps!

Its very difficult to successfully test a pill that contains MDMA/PMA because as you say the dark colour masks other results. The last time I had pills that were rumoured to be contaminated with PMA (pink chuppas) the only way to be sure they were okay was to send a couple for analysis at wedinos, and thankfully they came back as just MDMA. I think there is one test that would show MDMA/PMA mix, but at that time my test kit supplier didn't stock it, and I can't remember the name now.

Must have been a second batch, it was a really good day/evening... fun vibe. The sort of day where a good MDMA experience at the end makes it one to remember.

But despite the atmosphere the pills fucking mullered us, mental.

It is getting old mate, fucking tiresome emotionally more than anything. I've sworn off MDMA several times over the past year or so, as have many on here. We keep coming back, not because the drug is addictive, but because we don't want these fuckers to win. I don't know who these 'fuckers' are or really what I mean by that, but I don't want to be sent packing quietly, it doesn't have to be like this.

Fuck you chemists.

That sounds a bit cheap and reminiscent of the pre 'super pill' days, I'd be weary nowadays at being offered anything that cheap, although I haven't indulged in swedgers for a wee while. I was offered green 'Monster Energy' logo pills a few weeks ago, but gave them a miss.

That's VERY cheap if just singles, the cheapest I've heard them go for round my way is £3.50 and that's when you're talking 3 figure numbers.
 
They should go down to about £2 each, when buying 100. I've paid £4 each, in singles, for excellent Manchester pills. A thousand should be about a quid each. Bulk price discussion is not allowed, but it's only from what I've experienced in the past, and seen online. I do miss the days of getting 100 MDMA/MDA pills for £80, though. Everyone would chuck a tenner in, and you'd have a several day house party to enjoy. They were £2 in singles. The price of MDMA is only set to drop. I'm surprised it's not back down to pre-drought prices, especially as it's cheaper than ever to produce. It's just a shame it's nowhere near as good.
 
For all concerned, the pills are legit. Mate did half of one last night, and reported back that it smashed his nut in. However, he is a bit of an MDMA virgin compared to myself so I don't hold out much hope for them being amazing.
 
PMMA is a really bad idea because while phenylethylamine derivatives should never be mixed with an MAO inhibitor (is there anything that can?), the methoxy group on the 4th position makes it an MAOI.

Now, there's nothing especially bad about a molecule having different functional groups on opposite ends. For instance, a hydroxy group on one end and a carboxylic acid group on t'other. You probably are wearing that one right now, even :)

Remember those days well.. big ol bag of swirls for like the same price as a gram of decent marching powder, in the end just before the drought it was ridiculous was like 8 for 10 at one point (shreks or ps2s i think) good times indeed :)

Anyway back to today.. cookie monsters and pumpkins seem to be around here at the mo (offered at least. Newcastle ), not heard anything about the cooks but pumpkins sound like usual mongyness.

DMT + MAOi? ;)
That said PMMA is pretty much a self-perpetuating neurotoxin, MAOi's aren't inherently dangerous but mixed with any catecholamine conc. modulator and you have a chain reaction.
Selegiline springs to mind as a highly effective old skool MAOi when used correctly but highly toxic when misused. Its potential to 'activate' unsubstituted PEA has always interested me but the potential oxidative destruction puts me off trying it.

And you can keep your polyester, I'm a wool man. ;)

good times indeed, those swirls were 1 of my favourite from around that time.

What colour pumpkins? I'm sure there's cookie monsters on pill reports, are they 2 toned in colour? Light blue and darker blue?
