Also, you would know if their was meth in your pills, even 20mg. Believe me, I've done the two together once. Much much more rushy, hellish comedown.
 
^^^^ i would suspect youd feel absolutley filthy on the comedown. only ever had one absolutley filthy speedy type pill before that sticks in my head, the comedown was horrendous, the buzz was definitley not mdma whatsoever, and i reckon this must of been about 1990, it was yellow. we took them once and never again. i have never felt so dirty afterwards in my life. no proof but i suspect this could of contained meth. think we took one and half or couple of these each, as the first one didnt appear to do anything remotley mdma'y, so necked another. nasty shit they were. i recall not sleeping for like 48 hours on just one and half or two of these pills. its amazing how good my memory appears to be regarding the pills ive tried. the top class ones that stick in my head, and the oposite end of the spectrum, the complete shit. the average ones appear to always be forgotten

ive only ever taken speed a handful of times in my life, and that was before i first tried e. only ever started taking coke when the drug started going down hill a bit and i felt the need to fill the void with something else, although i had tried it before now and then

never really done k, even though i was aware of it by 1991/1992, special k it was called then, so i no my feelings on pills are generally not flawed back in the day by mixing and matching chems or taking to much alcohol

maybe im just allergic to speed? ive just never felt the desire to take it ever again after the four or five times ive done it when i was 17.

Too much to hope I suppose that the upcoming ecstasy documentary on bbc 3 will delve into the different synthing methods and possible diff outcomes they achieve. Seriously, I think that could make fascinating viewing if it was scientifically backed. No doubt we'll get twats taking pips and saying they feel amazong.
 
hmm the last page has totally destroyed my confidence in marquis solution.

spent all weekend with my knickers in a twist cos some md i bought (details http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=548225) keeps reacting differently to marquis each time. i've finally admitted to myself its not md, but seeing the range of results, if they are all md, on the last page means i have no idea what colour would be a positive reaction anymore.

started taking pills in 1988 and hammered them every weekend until past few years i pretty much stopped buying any cos pills got shit they just didnt work any more either pips or total duds so i turned to RC's...

you hear about ppl losing the magic all the time even with a lot less years of usage... i would argue with ppl where they would say things like " of course the pills are are good ", or "it must be you", "you have lost the magic cos you have took too much over the years"..

i knew the pills were crap , it was like dont insult me i know what a real / good pill is (considering some of these ppl were around 2 yrs old when i started taking pills)

on NYE i had some crystal MDMA and am so happy to discover i haven't lost the
magic....

@mopster -- so if you were hitting the whizz all those years ago, perhaps that's why you don't feel you get enough of a buzz now?! Have you tried the combination again? I really like how speed takes away many negatives of the MDXX experience such as the weirdness-due-to-tiredness (or WDTT for short hah). On speed I'll keep my eyes open more and dance more which I like.

@chinup hey dude I took a quick look at your thread and I think you could have MDMA. Does the material look generally consistent and is it crystals? What other physical properties does it have like smell, colour etc. Does it smell more when you break the crystals etc. I've noticed that if you use a tiny amount to test that you can quickly see colour banding around the edges (usually green, which starts to dominate the rest of the reaction). This is entirely normal and is even shown on the ez colour chart. When you described blue, I personally saw purple.

@jimboid1 yes I am very excited to watch this program too. When is it going out? I hope they finally crush the ignorance and stigma around MDMA. Lets face it, MDMA is really fucking harmless compared to most other drugs. In certain situations like going clubbing; it can't be beaten either.

@codders, not sure about the synth causing diff colours. Not seen it on MDMA crystal before. I would imagine it's plausible that by products from the synth could be active on marquis. However most by products are basically the precursor chemicals and won't be active. Maybe someone knowledgeable could comment on this
 
I saw a article in my newspaper as I was reading it on the train this afternoon, was the free Metro paper, saw an article about legalising drugs thought hey something good in this shite paper for once.

Was some "ex addict" saying, "people who say ecstacy is less harmfull than alchohol are totally ignorant, it blows my mind people think this", then went on to say "how do you feel the day after taking 3 ecstacy tablets, compare that to a hangover, there is a big difference" lol what a fuking retard, they got an ex alchoholic and junkie to write the article and all he could talk is pish, no scientific evidence of course, just his first hand advice, oh also some more first hand advice from some "paper editors", no scientific evidence of course...

If the BBC actually makes a decent program I may have to eat my hat because they generally produce utter shite that makes me cringe, people watch this shit and believe it!

totaly agree with you mate. I've only had any success with crystal although it could never go near my original experences in the '80s which would be fully expected due to a wide range of factors.
As far as the pills are concerned I know there are good ones around but they are definatly in the minority.
Unforntunatly if you mention this there is usally a backlash from people for whatever reason due to reasons only known to them the best one being that we are old farts with no brain chemistry left lol.
If this was the case I'd be very very scared of taking ecstasy(unless shulgin synth'd it himself in front of me I wouldn't call it MDMA) as they could end up like us old serotonin less misfits chasing highs!
The thing that bugs me is that I've only tried to inform people for their benefit but it was never taken that way.
Now I've found some crystal that has me 60% satisified people on here seem to feel that I'm back in the fold of believers but I've gone through some right shite the past 3 years to get this far.
As far as the marquis results go it's a guide and better than nothing but I wouldn't take it as 100%. For example try testing pure codine with marquis it will turn dark purple!
I would fully recommend that people purchase the full testing kit and to use ALL the reagents as there is alot of shit on the streets and without the testing facilities the Dutch have the good fortune to have access to you really don't know what's hiding in you next pill although it looks exactly the same as that last one which was good.
Can I just say I don't spout this off because I'm washed up,jealous or the rest of the bollocks I say it because I give a shit.

I was in Shellys when some one fitted in front of me and later died.
I also love ecstasy I want other people to fall in love with it too. :) MOP

hey people, good afternoon. ^^^ just read your comments over on pr mopppers, not going against anything weve been debating on here thats for sure, i vowed never to take a dimaond again, it was there in front of me sat morning and well if youd seen this guy youd understand, we had to investigate again, it would be been daft not to. anyway, the pink diamond i had on sat morning was mdma, it was a good feeling. it still dont last very long though at all. thats why i dont really want to get into them.

if your back from a club and adamant on taking one more with friends like that situation to round the night off, that diamond was ideal, but in a club, youd still be forced to neck 3 or 4 i reckon througought.

like we discussed via message yesterday, yes i feel this diamond although looked the same has been improved, withought a doubt, theres still room for improvment though. cant understand why the buzz is so short lived, cause it was a nice good e glow
