I was only saying over on PR today, I have a friend and she first took extasis as they call it in Ibiza at Amnesia in check this out 1986. :)

I consider myself a late starter at the bog standard 1988 for my generation, lol.

I hear you, the only thing that has come close to the quality of the smileys and love hearts from manchester predrought though is this clear mdma I had and the smartie pills, the stars, diamonds etc etc all strong but not as good quality.

them smileys and love hearts were loively little pills though and for a quid each!

I can see why you feel that, but......The only reason this topic gets a collective yawn from a lot of us is because it's all been said before. Many times. Many, many times......

Mentioning it isn't the problem, it's your opinion. But it does get tedious when the whole thread goes down that same road again. It would carry much more weight if it was backed up with some new theories, or knowledge of post drought synths. Just saying.... "MD ain't like it was" will always get the backs up of those of us who have seen Groundhog Day far too many times.

It's probably clear where I stand, but I would tip the hat to dee_dee. He was a hard man to please, but if he's happy now, that says a lot surely?

So just as before, there is the good, and the not so good, but it is out there. And in general, it does seem to be getting better and better.

Leniency and mercy may be shown to those who are new, but the rest of you...you should know better ;)

Keep your eyes pelled for elephants purple/blue, my mate took one at 8:30 and is still peaking off the 1. He puked on the comeup from the intensity. They were sold as 180mg and from what he is saying and I am seeing they deffinetly look around 180mg. He also claims this feels like very very clean MDMA. I'll be the judge of that in the coming weeks ;)

I was so close to giving the thumbs up on that report just for novelty factor alone lol. The funkiest looking pill to date me thinks. =D

I shall do when we all have some more relevant info, user report etc.

Yellow ones in Newc for a while too, taking peoples legs from them when they drop whole ones :P

To be honest it depends what you take pills for. If you take them just to get fucked up, nearly everything in todays market will satisfy you. If you take them to get the old school cliched PLUR euphoria, then the search is far, far from over. I for one want the latter. Lovely weak, beautiful dunts like the hearts. Not all this dutch lab dicksizing over 'brown trees' and what not, and who has the pill with the highest mg content. Its irrelevant. I'd much rather have 2 60mg pills of very good quaity than a 200mg one of average quality any day of the week.

Couldnt agree more mate a pill that just sit you on your arse chewing your face off without any real euphoria is not worth taking at all. For me its always been a question of stregth vs euphoria with euphoria being the much more important of the 2 but Ive got to say a few of the pills Ive had this year have ticked both the boxes for me something strengthwise the hearts could never do (although they were so bloody cheap it didnt real matter).
Interestingly a couple of my dads mate who are very experienced droppers, started in 86 so Ive been told, were introduced to the gold hearts the other day. One said they were the best hed had since the early mitzis and the other said since the heineken stars in 2001ish so definate movements in the right direction aye.

was waiting on a guy getting me blue diamonds for a5er each, he rang me last night saying he had pink angels for the same price even stronger than the diamonds, i told him to call in i'd take some of him if the tested up ok, they were fucking pink cupids cheeky cunt was selling them for 5ers! when i told him that they were piperzine tabs he said me and my mates all took them at the weekend we all thought they were amazing? fucking idiots!

Dickheads. My mates were spiked with the cupids, horrible pills. They were okay for an hour or two but rang me up late crying asking what was happening etc.
 
thats not good, how are people still pressing pipz and getting away with selling them, surely most people now have tried mdma and know the difference between a pip and the real deal :\

anyway, some crystal should be falling into my hands soon, will report back when ive got it and tested :)

I dont no how they cant tell the difference its not like there havnt been good pills about recently and this guy was selling diamonds 2 weeks ago and i was skint, told him to give me shout when he got more, fucking disgusted he tried to sell me cupids at that price i no people who were selling those last year for pence because the camels and diamonds where everywhere. I think some people dont want to believe they've been ripped off.

there was some really nice green crystal floating round Derry for a few weeks £60 a gram well worth the price i was getting 8 good bombs from a g dried up now tho:(
