surely if u know one of the biggest in the country perhaps you can explain the rationale behind making good uns with a dud stamp,being the biggest dealer or knowing u r bound to be party to inside info.
I would give an educated guess that if what you say about this dealer to be true, he is a family member and you are inspired relative, as a normal large dealer wouldn't have anything to do with a gobby 19 yr old who shouts his bizniz.
