Regional Pill/MDMA Discussion - A Newer Age, A Newer Dawn, Another New Thread

I'm pretty sure that all the 'old school' pills didn't just contain MDxx and that's the reason they are so renowned by people who tried them. A small dose of speed certainly wouldn't have went amiss in them and potentiated the whole experience. Any old pill heads mind commenting on what they think was in the pills? Not every pill back then could have been a fantastic synth of MDMA, would've had to be some shitty UK pills flying about too.

I'm fairly sceptical about the whole thing, reason being I had lots of people tell me the same about acid. I've spoken to people who took cid a good few years back and tried some of the tabs of late that I had also tried and they still blow their socks off.

As an old timer i agree totally about the whizz side of things, everyone seemed to take a g with their pills so you wouldnt mong out on it and was also known that you had to work the come up(ie if you sat down you would usually mong out, whereas if you had some whizz prioir then you would be up and buzzing already and i wouldnt even usually feel any come up, you'd just appear there!!)

So goin off that then i cant see how different old pills may have been? Possibily stronger but then thats very debateable! I do recall a pill called brown biscuits and they were so big that i had to eat it in 4 quarters! But man they were strong, i spent the whole night in the toilets of the club with my hands gripped on the sink taps rushing my nuts off unable to even talk to anyone!

On the opposite side to that we did also have not so great pills, but was pretty rare, remember some strange small brown ones that we nicknamed smack e's as they just gave you a head buzz that lasted for couple of hours and you were straight again within seconds!

As for todays pills i cant really comment so far as only just started again and have very few contacts anymore so havn't been able to get hold of any of the really nice sounding pills or crystal for that matter but the smarties i had did make me feel awesome(it took 1.5-2) and to be honest dont think i could dance my arse off for 5 hours straight anymore, lol. Next on the cards is the LEGOS which ive heard are a bit stronger, we will see!!!

its all fun tho!!!

Allryt mate! yeah we got a load of them for cream, id buy them again i liked them. everyone did in fact, they hit some other mates harder than they hit me, but i do take em pretty often. id say about same as teh smarties really. I couldnt guess on the mg content. nice and floaty and warm!! i had about 6 or 7 thru out 13 hours. a,long with a g of power coke and a lot of ale!! shit hot day and night!!

I always found mushrooms more euphoric than MDMA anyway.

Also used to wreck my mate's head when I was comin down off acid by constantly going on about how much better LSD is over MDMA. (he was a straight-up pill head.... never touched acid).

Ill second that the come up on a very very strong dose of mushies a few years ago was possibly THE most breathtaking and euphoric thing ever, until the horror of what id done sank in lol.

Sounds like a mint day!! they sound bang on, am looking forward to necking em now! I was well happy with the smarties so if they are similar then sure i'll be buzzing!! Wasnt gonna have any for bout 6 weeks but dunno if i'll hold out that long, after 19 years i'm back like a teenager again and wanting em every week, lol...

On a side note, do you find doin coke prior to your pill that it affects it or makes come up dead slow? I had some when went to bowlers in july and took me nearly 3 hours to come up??
 
Every time I do MD I feel less and less like dancin my ass off. I would expect any 30-40 year old to find it a lot more tranquil than a 20 year old taking an identical pill. I think the brain chemistry must be different or something. Imagine if a 5 year old took one, they wouldn't be tranquil, they'd go fuckin nuts!

Totally mate, i kinda prefer it that i can buzz away chilled out and not having immense amount of energy!l, like a mate of mine once said as you get older your playgrounds change, i still like to go out and dance the night away every now and then but gettin on 1 at home seems equally pleaseurable nowadays!!

Same here. Home trippin is great. You can do stuff like get in the bath/shower, you control the tunes, and you don't have to deal with chattin shit to strangers. I still love going on a proper messy night out mind you :D Re: taking coke pre-MDMA, I have heard coke steam rollers over an mdma high so maybe that had to wear off before the MDMA kicked in?

Makes sense bout the coke, will try lay off next time altho i do love the hit of a nice fat line before gettin showered and ready to go out!!!
 
For all those who enjoy dosing at home or alone, etc, would you dose as high as you would out in a club? Would you say you notice the effects of the MDMA more or less? I've actually never done it, I'm not sure why but anytime I've took MDMA in a less sort've 'party/rave' setting I struggled to enjoy as it felt like I was wasting the pill - probably just a bad setting!

Sorry for the lack of multi quote, I can't be arsed going back and editing. Too much ganja tonight. :)

I've had a few home parties, and it depends on the amount of people and the vibe going off tbh. So the usual S&S rules apply; Just a few mates and some background music is just not the same, but with a few more people, crank up the volume, and it's just as much fun - and better in the predictable way of comfort, the ability to smoke inside, choice of sounds, and not so many twats. We used to get a little carried away with smoke machine and lights as well!

As for dose, I dunno why, but it seems to hit harder when I'm out. But I usually dose the same.

I can't comment on lone trips. I've never done it. MD is just too much of a social drug for me.
 
Thanks, I always like to hear stories from people who were in the drugs 'peak' usually all wasn't as fantastic as it appeared.

Read mixed reports on red squirrels, some saying they're amazing and some saying they're nothing special. Been offered them fairly cheap so reckon I'll be taking the plunge unless anyone could advise me otherwise?

Supposedly stronger than q-dance's, can anyone who's tried both comment?
 
Assuming this is the right place for this, apologies if not.. Been making the most of what's around lately and been offered gold leafs, had these back in may/June time, wondering if anyone had tried this new batch?? Assuming they are a new batch...?

Man I haven't taking pills in so long, my last two experiences werent the best, both not fully coming up. Had a good break now and I'm off to a club on Friday with some friends, going to try a full drop of a gold maple/leaf. Just gonna have a single drop - can't wait!
