BLondin, when it comes to my tubes I'm the most anal cunt in the world , I have my indoors tube and my works tube ( that stays in the van ) I keep my indoors one till it's pritty much blocked or I run out of gear, what ever comes first , but god fucking help anyone that touches them , my mrs can help herself to money, gear, but touch my tube and there's going be some major fucking trouble.
I know it sounds crackerjack and I proberbly am a bit touched , but it's my tube and I don't want no other cunt using it.
There's no better felling when your out of gear and you unwrap your tube and melt out a fucking great beetle That weighs about a gram.

Anyway it's pissing with rain I'm sat in me van , so I really should get my work tube out.

Hi Strungout! Hows you?! Yeah i love my own tooter too! I have to make it a certain way & i always use the thickest foil to make my tooter. I LOVE to watch the gear build up inside the tooter!!! The last 19months it hasn't really happened, but before the drought my tooter used to get blocked with gear. It was a great feeling knowing you could keep it for a rainy day!!! YAY!!!

Hi ructions. I'm good thanks. Hope u r keeping well? It's a big relief knowing I won't b sick but I've still not given a clean urine yet. I've to go to d clinic twice a week but it's not making me stop smoking. D doc put me up to 50mls and said she'd rather not put me up anymore as I'll b goin into territory where i'll have a double habit. I'm not trying very hard to stop, don't know if I'd know where to start trying! I didn't realise how tied down i'd b having to go to d chemist every day. If I can't get clean in d next couple of months i dunno if i'll b able to stay goin to d chemist every day for God knows how long. I'm used to headin away 4 a few days r a week whenever i wanted, but not any more. But as I keep sayin it took many years for me to get to where I am so it'll prob take a while to change. It's easy to say but I just need to make an effort!

Theoretically there's no 'upper limit' for opioid dosing if you've been taking them long enough to develop the right tolerance, so I don't see 600mg of methadone being so absurd. I know a bloke who took 400mg in one dose once and he was fine, so presumably going up to 600 with daily use isn't somehow impossible.

What does seem weird is that people report that once you get into those upper three figure doses even a massive increase over your regular dose doesn't do much for pain relief or sedation, which is weird. I've heard of people getting high tolerances to other opiates, but never so high that they literally can't get proper opiate effects no matter how much they dose, even those who are doing massive 600+ a day doses of oxy or morphine, or gram + a day of heroin, say they can get high if they increase sufficiently over their maintenance dose. but it sounds like once you hit a certain stage with methadone it just keeps you from getting sick no matter how much further you go with it. Would be interesting to see a study into that.

Anyway, I'm rambling, but 600mg isn't impossible at all. So much bitching and bickering in this thread, it's like high school.

I'm not saying what people have or haven't had dispensed, just that it's physically possible to be on that dose, which was what people wseemed unconvinced about.

I dunno about best, but ours gets like 2 posts a week so it's a lot more reading here, and a drug addict needs somewhere to obsess over opiates when he's not getting high

Whats the most gear someone has smoked thro' a tooter before opening it up ? I dont think Ive done more than a g or so even when i got piles of the stuff

I don't know how people do their tooters on here but ever since doing bird I'm of the pretty short, very thin and hooked in the middle variety. Before I went inside I was using these great long daft cigar things but was taught how to kink it half way down inside so it super collects. It's a bit of a ghetto format and requires a chopstick type thing to form it, and honestly is not the nicest way to smoke your gear but when needs must it produces excellent results! When doing it this way I am never able to smoke more than around a 0.5 without it being absolutely blocked and ready for the reload!

Do people exhale through the tooter? I'm not saying I am...just interested like...I'm not expecting a huge Scottish or Irish response to this question. Or an apology from a certain someone!

Hi Alfo! I have been on methadone about 6 years & the first time that i didn't test positive for heroin was when the drought hit! So before the drought i had to go to the clinic once a week & i had to go to the chemist every days as well. Luckily the people in my chemist are sound enough, i had to go to the chemist Monday to Saturday & i'd get take away on Sunday. But i used to skip the chemist all the time, out of the 6 days i was meant to go i only went about 3 times. The chemist never told the clinic until i skipped the chemist for 2 whole weeks, so the chemist rang the clinic to see if i was ok. Also my drug test came back negative for methadone for those two weeks, my Doctor was not happy, i told him that i was trying to get the methadone out of my system so that i could start fresh after the two weeks, i think he knew that i was making up excuses!

Give your self a while to get into a routine, maybe your chemist will be ok with you missing the odd day. I'm on take away now so its handy, & now i only have to go to the clinic once every two weeks, so i can use one week & stay clean the next week so i pass my test & keep my take away. Although even so i have still failed the drug test a good few times, so i was given a warning that if it happens again i lose my take away & i'll have to go to the clinic once a week again

Your Doctor is right, try & stick on the lowest dose that you can, i stayed on 40mls for the first 3 years & then i had to go up to 60mls. I would truly hate to go up any higher then the 60ml. Stick with it Alfo! It should make your life more manageable. But in all honesty it seems that very few people stop using heroin when they start taking methadone, it just enables them to manage their habit better.

And I can't emphasise enough how pleased I am that I am not on a script right now, for legal AND personal reasons.

Yeah ructs / backroll, we can get really funny when it comes to out tubes/tooters i like a pointed tube about 5" long with 4 kinks in it , IMO it's the best way for collecting Gear and I do love a cakeo tube.
I know a fella that uses a rolled up bit of card iv tried telling him what a waste it is but he just don't care , it breaks my hart to see all the waste. Lol.

i am very greedy with gear and do my tube as part of my routine. i get very annoyed when half way thru a smoke i lose my tube. i have done so this evening. of course that is not as bad as losing gear. i lost a bag a couple of months back and still hope it will turn up.
about the methodone.. i used to be amazed at people being on 100ml a day. but i can well believe 600 ml imagine the constipation off that .

it is absolutely mad isnt it? so many are prescribed meth but it has a very poor success rate. i like my worker, but i wish that i could just get repeat x without having to talk about my life to people. soz im just feeling a bit ratty tonight.

I often forget to put a kink in my tooter, i must get into the habit! Does it really give a better build up Strungout? Although there hasn't been anything worth collecting the last 19 months! But at least things are starting to improve a bit over here now! Did anyone read about the two blokes in Germany that died after using heroin cut with anthrax!!!! I'm in the clinic tomorrow, i'm really worried that i won't pass my drugs test which means that i will lose my take away & i'll have to start going to the clinic once a week instead of once every 2 weeks, that means i won't be able to use at all, well either stop using completely or else i can just keep failing my drugs test & never get my take away back! Its such a hassle leaving work every day & running to the chemist before its closed! I don't wanna go back to doing that again every bloody day!

I normally go to the clinic at 9am before i go to work, but i changed my appointment to the latest appointment that they could give me which is 3:30pm. I hoping those few hours will give me a better chance at passing my test! I think its just wishful thinking on my part! But i often feel that there is more chance of failing a test first thing in the morning after my bodies been sleeping all night, at least doing the test later in the day gives me time to drink bottles & bottles of water! I hope it helps, but i'm not sure?

After i totally over did it on the gear last week & i spent half my months rent i have to take it easy now! I spent way to much cash last week! So i'm only scoring one time this weekend & then i won't be using again until after my next visit to the clinic! I wasn't going to use at all this week, but i'll allow my self one treat!

(PS. Charlie do you see how good i'm getting at not saying things like 'dirty' & 'clean' I keep forgetting & then i have to delete parts of my post & re-write it again! But i'm getting into the habit of it now! I think you dead right Charlie! )

I got given a fucking measly 30mg's of Dihydrocodeine and 10mg of valium. Twice. Once at night and again in the morning. The doctor did slip me 2 extra DF's tho, without writing it down (at night this was so 40mg in total at night) so fair play to him. He said 'I can't record this much because it might make someone OD' but as I said back to him, 'Yeah but not someone with an opiate dependency! That won't touch me.' That's when he popped another 2 pills out of the pack. Still didn't stop the rattle but it did help I spose. Oh, and all charges dropped, cheers for that night of discomfort you BASTARDS.

The cops r utter cunts tho, that goes without saying! I've heard them bet on how long till u start shitting.

Heroin quality in Brum is still shite really. Had summat different yesterday which was a little better but still shit really...Fucking wanky drug scene right now.

I did get arrested a few times when i was younger, but tat was before i was using heroin. I spent time in the cells over been drunk & disorderly & giving the garda grief & also for different protests that turned a bit crazy like smashing up McDonnalds, McDonnalds are multinational scum bags with a very shady history so i don't regret it at all! My best friend /co'd is such a stubun cunt that when he gets nicked he refuses to admit to drug use and never asks for a Dr. He won't give the fuckers the satisfaction of leaving him In the cells rattling , or the satisfaction of knowing he's banged up herting.
And as long as he don't get remanded ,he gets out a lot quicker then having to wait for the Dr , and the old bill don't grill him , thinking he's about to give everything/one up.
I don't know how the fuck he does it , because as soon as my nose/eyes start melting I'm ready to turn queens lol.
But iv seen him in some terrible states and he don't tell the cunts the time of day.

I guess some people are just built like that,even on remand he don't go on the drug wing. Just does his rattle behind the door without so much as a wimper. FUCK KNOWS HOW !

I was going on my lunch break & there he was strolling up the town holding hands with this VERY young girl!!! He was really tanned & he looked very happy & very in love with his very young girlfriend! As i walked by he gave me a big smile!

I was so tempted to run back after him & ask him had he any gear!!! Hahaha! Or if he didn't have gear does he have a number for one of his exclusive dealers!!! Wasn't it Ronnie Wood that said he used the best quality heroin that money could buy, he reckons that heroin never made him ill coz he always used such good quality stuff!!! all this talk about rattles in the cop shop is bringing back all the memories of the weekenders av done and the long weekenders thru till tue fkn brutal and all done in london rd cop shop there animals in there no doc or fk all even if you where on a script they still never gave you it,,but now when your arrested if your on a script they give you it now when we where done for that undercover op they took me to bellshill cop shop on the fri morning and the desk sergeant asked pc plod n his pal if they had brought my script and the reply was NO well he said yous can take her somewhere else or go and pick her script up from the chemist, cause am not listening to her all weekend so they picked my script up and brought it to the cop shop am so glad they give you your script now plus it makes their job easier over the weekend.


I get a really good return on my tooters always have done if a smoke a 8th threw it a would get a half g return on the tooter...well a buckled the other day and used right away a got that h taste not had that since oct 2010 defo best stuff av had since the drought but its still not that great....peeps can be given script for 200ml cause a know peeps who are getting this amount but these are the people who take ex amount to get a charge off it fk some gave up scorein and chased the meth for a dunt..... i have never tried this myself cause you only need to be on 50 60 mls of meth to stop a rattle so being on 140 ml 200ml is strictly for a charge
