Regional Heroin Discussion v14: What's the point?

I could never understand who anyone would take an interest in a national kit dry-up thread when there's been no dry-up for him. It's like he's trying to get us to feel bad whilst he gets to indulge in what's fresh outta Afghanistan. Sometime I feel he's insulting our intelligence when he talks about the biggest dry-up I've ever experienced in my 15 years of using.

To me these message boards are the Blondin Brag-Fest boards.

IM not the only one scoring good dope here who stil post and there are plenty who are scoring who dont post anymore - one of the points of posting here is to say what type of gear yer getting, what it looks like, strength etc. Envy is a pointless emotion if you cant find good gear then look harder - thats all I did when the drought kicked in - I had 1 dealer who I had seen for years and when he packed up I just went searching, if you really want something you have to work hard to get it and thats what i did so now im fine - theres people who know me in RL on here who know that i dont BS about gear.
Anyway Iv'e defended myself enough so if you want to carry on questioning the veracity of my posts be my guest but I wont be joining in to defend my rep as I dont need to.
oh year just smoked .1 and my eyes are drooping and im just about to hoover up 1/2 an oc 80.

Where abouts in kildare are u, newbridge is it? I have a few friends out in kildare, wouldn't mind moving out there meself. The amount of people on gear in kildare has shot up in the last few years tho, hasn't it.

Does anyone know anyone that went to the monastery in thialand for detox? It's meant to be a bit mad, they make you drink this black liquid and then get sick for half an hour everyday, but alot of people have got and stayed clean afterwards, if it works who cares.
Or have any of you went to teen challenge in wales, I remember the born agains used to come around my area preaching about god to everyone, this was probley late 90's or early 00's don't know if it still exists,a few of my friend went over to wales with them for detox, most of them ended up back on it a while after coming back but one lad still goes around with a bible and a loadspeaker preaching and praising god they turned him into a fruit loop, poor chap.
I know they probley do good work but it's too much brain washing for my liking!

im from kildare town but i no all the newbridge lads newbridge is where i went wen i had no money for weight but clondalken was my main scoring point
there a doc about that thai monastery it was on picks tv last month the lead singer from aslan was in it he left before it was over to go to d city haha he def scored

Look at what these dirty bastards did!!! They gave their baby methadone to 'pacify' him! Another-wards they gave their baby methadone to knock him out so they could get stoned! Sick bastards, they should be locked up forever! Looks like they had been giving the baby methadone for some time coz the poor little pet had built up a tolerance, how could they do something like that? Fucken savages!!!

I can see this having a backlash of people who get take away methadone, things could very well become even more strict!

I know Blondin IRL and he ain't chatting shit about what gear/meds he gets, he might have a talent for saying the wrong thing sometimes ,but what he don't do is bullshit.
So check yourself before you go running your gums about someone far more sensible than yourself , and trying to speak for other people.

Gear news now. Picked up a Q of this dark rocky gear Thursday and been steaming into it ,maybe iv got used to it now , or I'm just doin to much ,but i don't think itsas good as I first did , I'd give it 6-7 out of 10 , but its cheep enough and topped up with a few beers does the job.
Gutted about the whether don't have much time off so it's shit not getting out.

Good to see some old posters about again , and a few new ones , injoy the bank holidays smack fiends.

Haven't posted on here in ages but i do have a look now and again, just wanna let the irish know you can get subs here, my doctor offered me them a couple of years ago, I never went on them tho because he said before you take them you need to be opiate free for 24 to 48 hours and I wasn't up for that. I think there subotex??

I know you lot have been hearing ructions and co saying there has been no good gear in ireland and that theyve scored all over and it's all the same shite etc etc which I can't understand cos I was, up until a couple of months ago getting good stuff for about a year in a few different area's. If someone ran out we'd just move on to the next person with nice. Ructions I think I remember you saying you go to merchants quay, I was getting lovely stuff around there for months, and it wasn't just the same bash gear, I know what proper gear is, altough I wish I didn't. Fckin curse the day I ever touched the stuff.
Once there is good stuff in england there will always be good over here, it's only a boat ride away after all.
But the last few weeks it has gone to shite so for the first time in about ten years I'm sticking to me phy, because I want to not cos I have to. I'm delighted with meself I keep thinking why the hell didn't I do this a long time ago, but it's never that easy, as we all know. It's like something just clicked in my head and it wasn't bothering me anymore. Early days tho but hopefully ive had enough after 15 years of this shit.

Ructions you are HR at its best fair play to you! I'd say you kept alot of people clean in Ireland throughout the last year, people checking this forum and reading your posts saying there's nothing decent around, probley didn't bother and kept their money in their pockets!

Oh yeah Dublin is a very small place but not all junkies know each other, there is over 10,000 of them in dublin.
I don't even know all the junkies in my area let alone Dublin :D

Hi Redz! Nice to see you on Bluelight again! I hope your keeping well! Its great to hear that you were getting good gear! Your very lucky! & your really lucky to be getting it the last year coz lots of people in the UK couldn't even get good gear a year ago! Merchant quay is not my methadone clinic, i'm in the Thomson Center in North Dublin. It not just me that thinks that the quality of the gear in Dublin is bad, anyone that i talk to in my clinic has the very same problem as me. In saying that i do meet people in my clinic who tell me that they are really getting good gear, when i hear that i always ask them to help me score & EVERY single time they end up getting me the very same weak gear as i was already getting! This has happened countless times to me, the gear looks & burns totally perfect but it weaker then what i was getting before the drought! I find that anyone around my age (40 & over) thinks the gear is weaker then before, i find its mostly younger people that think its good. Maybe we just get a lot fussier when we get older! But i'm so sick of people getting my hopes up with talk of amazing gear & then it just turns out to be the same old crap! So i just don't trust these peoples opinions anymore.

I have scored all over Dublin & outside, but i never get as good as what i used to be getting before the drought. I'm not the only Irish person on Bluelight that thinks the gear in Dublin is weak, most other Irish posters feel the very same as i do. But it stands to reason that there must be good gear somewhere in Dublin & its really great to hear you had been getting it, it gives me hope that maybe i'll find something good soon!

Sorry to hear that you luck has changed lately & you can't score good gear anymore, i have noticed that things have got a lot worse in the last 4 or 5 weeks. Hopefully things will pick up soon! You should post on here more often & tell people what you think of the gear in Dublin, maybe you could give a more accurate account of Dublin heroin then me & the other Irish/Dublin posters on here who think the gear is weak.

Hi Alfo! I know, i'm the very same! I know that the gear is bad but i still buy it! But i have cut right back, thats the good thing about methadone, you don't HAVE to score every day anymore! Take time to let yourself adjust to taking methadone & i'm sure that things will work out well for you! Its great just knowing that you won't have to go through W.D's anymore!

Coz gear is weak now i score a lot less, so i've been passing my drugs test in the clinic, so now i only have to go to the clinic once every 2 weeks & i get my methadone take away. Its really handy getting not having to go to the chemist every day anymore, so if you manage to pass a few drugs tests then hopefully you'll be given take away as well! I think that you have done the right thing! The quality of heroin has really gone downhill in the last 5 weeks, so its a good time to get on methadone!

I found that when i got on methadone i was able to start getting out of debt, i could catch up on rent/bills/ect, were before i was on methadone i could see no way out of my debt. Take it day by day & you'll be fine! Onwards & upwards!!!

Hi Griffin! I'm grand thanx! Same old! I didn't score at all this weekend, there is no point coz its all the same old weak crap! You know yourself! But i did have a few drinks at the weekend! I hadn't had a drink in months & i quite enjoyed getting a bit drunk!

I'm not gonna bother scoring at all this week, its hard to believe that things are getting even worse! Its a load of bollox! Yeah some people seem happy with the quality of the gear in Dublin, maybe they have just got used to it? But i'll never ever get used to that weak crap, it might look alright but you know just by the taste that its bad! Maybe one day things will get back to normal! 8(

EDIT.... I was taking speed last night, will that show up in my drugs test? Or do they only check for opiates & benzos? I hope it doesn't show up, i'm on my last warning from my Doc, if i fail my my drug test again then i have to start going to the clinic once every week & if i fail again after that then i lose my take away! I don't know what my Doctor would say about me taking speed?

Yeah Giffin from what i have experienced so far your right! There is no doubt about it, the gear in Dublin is weak! If i was just scoring in the one area or off the same person then i think that its just bad in that area or dealer, but i have been all over Dublin North & South & it all the very same weak gear.

You know more people in the scene then me Griffin & you seem to score in the tougher parts of Dublin were a lot of hardcore heroin users live & still you can't find pre-drought gear, so if you can't find it i don't see how anyone can? I don't think i'd trust anyones opinion as much as i do your Griffin, so far your always spot on! I can't wait till the day that i log into Bluelight & see a post from you saying that you've found proper gear, that will be one of the few posts that i truly believe.

I do believe that some people are happy with the gear in Dublin, i've sat & smoked gear with people & they have been happy with the gear but i haven't. So some people seem to like the weak gear, but i don't, thats just my opinion! Heroin is expensive so it should be good! Maybe things will change soon!

I have the link about Russia bookmarked, i'm gonna make a cup of coffee & sit down & read it now. It looks interesting, thanks for sharing it!
