I cant be certain if thats a reference to me or not, but it probably is. I've only been using since February 2009 which isn't a particularly lengthy period at all in comparison to the 10-15+ years that some of the other members have seen. I was only scoring regular pre-drought between that February and the start of November 2010 and then over night it just disappeared off the face of the earth, and although I haven't been able to get that old elusive pre-drought since that fateful day aforementioned, it definitely has come close a few times. I understand heroin in the UK/Ireland hasn't been the same since 2001 or so anyway, but I had a good two year run with the regular post 2001 product and the turkey I was forced to do off that was like nothing I've ever experienced on this earth and the kick I was describing here about two weeks ago was a cakewalk in contrast.
Shot up .3 last night; .1 of surprisingly strong product (drought within a drought considered) that came in a light tan solid rock form initially as we could only afford one between us, then I got a call at 11:30pm asking if I wanted two advanced until I got paid on monday. The second product was a new batch that my main got in a few days ago but theres something peculiar about it. On the foil it doesn't really last too long and I need to smoke at least a .3 to get any kind of nod at all, so considering this we decided to shoot it up instead as it had been about 3 hours since our initial .1. The rush was lush enough, but it still felt like there was something missing so we just cut our losses and enjoyed the afterglow (which was very nice) for awhile and then I went home, but by the time I was home and standing in my kitchen trying to microwave my dinner, I was nodding out constantly and just couldnt for the life of me move faster than snails pace. For about 5 hours afterwards I kept waking up out of a nod every 2mins - in all sorts of crazy positions. It was like the gear 'crept up' on me or something. I've never had that happen before.
Just smoked a .2 of the same product I just mentioned and while I'm quite chilled I'm fucking seriously pissed off I didnt wait until I got a few cans in and had them first as I get a muuuuch nice buzz out of it after a couple of bevvies. Ah fuck it, fuck all that can be done about it now. He's allegedly gone out to collect some D10's and told me he'd call me when he's around later so hopefully he'll call soon and I can score some of those as I wont even bother with the gear if I have valium.

I suppose you would get WD's off the gear that is around now, but i'm on methadone so i don't really know? The way i have always used is i always take a 24 hour break from my methadone before i use heroin. Before the drought this always worked just fine for me & i'd get nice & stoned! But now with the weak gear that is around i don't get stoned, but the gear does hold me for a few hours, so there must be some heroin in it, just not enough to give me a buzz! The gear around now wouldn't hold me for as long as the gear that was around before the drought, a €20 bag will only hold me for about 3hours at the most, which is not very long.
it was so funny & yet annoying at the same time! He kept saying 'this is good shit, the best gear in Dublin' & i just kept saying to him that it was useless, he looked so confused, he really did think that it was good! I just couldn't wait to get him out of my house that night coz the noises he was making every time he smoked a line was making me sick! He was such an actor & he was so full of crap!!! Clueless!
I know some people who think the gear is good, but they must of been getting bad gear even before the drought. Coz i haven't found anything that comes close.
I'm dieing to have a smoke!!! I wish they would hurry up & get ready!!!
