Daveb100,who some of you may know from here,currently has DVT in 2 major veins in his legs and is a bit fucked(sure he won't mind me telling you)
ALSO news on Glitched(who also won't mind me telling you)-has stopped using-may have said this before-he has a whole lot going for him in his life and he knows if he keeps using he will likely lose it so has done what most of us couldn't do and see it coming a quit whilst ahead-big respect for that move-he has also stood down from moderating-just generally moving away from the scene,but is doing well in life and not missing the gear

Thanks for letting us know about Glitched <3 that's greatly appreciated. I really hope all goes well for him, he's an amazing man with a lot on his plate.

Charity coming tomorrow to take all my furniture then have a van arranged for next tues to move to my mums
had to throw almost everything away only keeping a few valuable or sentimentally important things
when i get out,I will have to start afresh but I think that's a good thing
being sentenced on friday 13th april
once I get the house out of the way,I will feel better about things
what happens,happens
only thing I can influence in any way is the probation pre sentencing report on 26th march
from there my life is in the hands of the judge
 
When one shoots IM does it burn/sting quite a lot or what? I'm curious as i happen to know it comes on slower (which is handy in certain scenarios) & lasts longer, which is handy any time any place.

With regards to my last post where i shot a whole bag, for some reason i simply couldnt get a flash out a vein which is weird cos the first time i ever i.v'd a drug it went as smoothly as it would in a damn hospital, sooo i finally found one in my left hand (i'm left handed) so this was tricky. I registered, began the shot which was going fine, then i think i slipped out the vein or something because after i finished the shot my hand looked pretty fucking swollen. I applied pressure for a few mins & the hand returned to normal but it was a scary momento.

This is why i believe the shot was lacking a rush, 'cos it was a subcutaneuos, or however you spell that, shot.

You've done a lot of work by the sounds of it. All that planning ahead when you have this on top of you, I just can't imagine how you're coping - but you always come over here like you are, like you're very strong and know what's what. I don't know what to say kat I wouldn;t have a clue how to cope, just couldn't even start thinking about it. I respect you a lot and wish I had half your back bone <3 I think about you and can only hope and wish for the best...(hugs) <3

Just hope you can keep on keeping in touch with us all.

As I'm sure Brimz knows, i/ming street gear is a chancy business. When you lose your surface veins, you're between the devil and the deep blue sea. Go deep and risk thrombosis; into the muscle and you wind up with a tolerance to antibiotics from all the infections you have to treat.

Be careful, doppleganga, injecting smack can damage you in all kinds of ways. Smoke it or, if you've a needle fixation, find an oldtime junkie to fill you in before you mess yourself further. More people die from the lack of drug education than the drugs themselves, which says it all about the nonsense that passes for policy. Nowhere is the shabbiness and corruption of western society more apparent than where 'drugs' are involved. The politics of opium was a murky affair back in the days of the East India Company. Air America attuned the trade in service of the new imperialism and Drugs-Contra was 20 years ago. Unless you're a fan of terrible truth, it's probably better not to know what goes on in Afghanistan.
 
It aint just in Ireland Ructions - I know of plenty of folks in England that have given up the gear cos it's so shit and if not given up there are lots not using nearly as much (me included). The dealer have gotta be losing out big time.

To Glitched - good luck with knocking it on the head mate, I really do wish you all the best with that.

I am told that some prisons let you use the net
that would be great for me as that's mostly what I do
but I expect they monitor it pretty carefully and dunno if BL would be permitted
 
Cheers Charlie Today i was pretty dope sick - yesterday i took a little oral morphine to keep me happy, today i had a bloody storm going on in my stomach so i took 6 mg of loperamide & 20 of morphine which helped for a little while - i was out & about going from pillar to post & eventually round about 6 scored a bag of gear.

7 pm just now i smoked a little: it tasted exactly like opium. I shot up the rest i.v - shot went smoothly, not a great rush but pleasant none the less. Then i suprisingly began to feel strong nausea & sweating so i took 5 mg of prochlorperazine ( aka compazine or buccastem ) to combat the nausea. I swear the cigarette i was smoking made the nausea worse, so i lay down & after 20 mins felt much, much better ; )

I rode the high for an hour or so then drank a Heineken & dropped 5 mg of diazepam & now i'm feeling really fine. I'd give the heroin itself a 6 out of 10. I'm in the south east of England right now, right near seaford.
 
anyone know any antihistamines that actually help combat the itch? my current gear is better than usual and making me scratch myself raw some nights, trying loratadine 10mg, not having much noticable effect, up the dose or try something else? thanks
 
Hey I just heard from my dealer in Dublin and like Ructions said, it's a bad sign when the dealer contacts you to tell you about their special 'offers'. He offered me the weight of 3 and a half €20 bags for €50 and apparently it's "lovely stuff". Forgive me if I have my reservations... I hate the way most dealers lie about how good their gear is, I only chip so I'm going to buy it no matter what you say!

I know nothing about the heroin trade, but surely if people have stopped buying it dealers are going to have to up their game? There'll always be demand for gear in Ireland but people aren't going to waste money on that rubbish when they can get a better effect from a few vallies.
 
Hi Class-a-team! :) Isn't it mad that the gear in Dublin is that bad that the prices are going down & in the UK they have good gear but they are paying more. Give me the good gear any day, i rather pay more for something good!

My guy is in North Dublin, & he rang me to say that is dropping the price of a €20 bag to €15! Ya gotta laugh! I haven't bought any off him, coz i reckon what he has might be even worse then what we have already been getting! 8( I'm in the clinic tomorrow, so i can score after that if i want, but i'm gonna try not to! But i normally give into the cravings & then sit there moaning about how rubbish the gear is!

Did you buy any of the reduced price gear? Was it the same as you've been getting all along? Or was it even worse? Did your offer come from North Dublin as well? Although South Dublin, North Dublin & Co. Dublin all have the very same gear! The dealers just are not doing the business, no one is buying, people are just sick of it at this stage! My Doctor is shocked at the amount of people testing negative for opiates recently!

Yeah this guy is in North Dublin as well, I didn't know that different parts of Dublin had different standards but I suppose that was only in the pre-drought days? Anyway, I didn't buy anything yet but I'm tempted to try out a bag this weekend on the off chance that I'll be pleasantly surprised! Do you think purity has gone up or down in the last few months?

I think the fact that nobody's buying can only be a good thing. If people were paying over the odds for rubbish gear then there'd be no reason for dealers to improve purity but since nobody's buying they'll eventually have to! Like I said, I know nothing about how the drugs trade works but from the bit of research I've been doing I reckon this won't last. Opium production in Aghanistan went up 61% last year but it'll be the end of the year before that has any effect on the gear here. Of they can get decent stuff in the UK we'll soon be able to as well, us Irish are always a bit slow to catch on!

What worries me the most is that my guy offered me crystal meth as well. I hope to God there isn't much of that stuff in Dublin, it's a nasty drug and if it took off the way heroin did in this country it'd be disastrous!

Hope you're hanging in there ok Ructions, think how far you've come already!
 
HI Class A! :) The gear is mostly the same in all parts of Dublin, although if you buy it on the street its normally weaker. But through-out the drought i was scoring in all different parts of Dublin hoping to find something good, but i always ended up with the same old crap!

There have been reports that the heroin in Dublin is only 5% pure, so god knows what is in the other 95%??? But 5% does seem right to me, its just so bloody weak & there is little or no taste off it! But the gear burns so perfect on the foil you'd swear to look at it that its the real deal! But unfortunately its not! :( I'm just so sick of it! One year & 4 months & its still as bad as ever!!

Jaysus Class A please be-careful! you don't want to get into meth, you are still so young, although you come across much older then you are, you are years ahead of your age! Thats how Meth caught on in Oz - heroin drought led to people wanting to smoke/shoot something so meth became the doc
 
One of my old dealers(old because he has had nothing but shit for a long time now),gets me to test his gear cos he knows I barely use these days
recently I have tried 4 different batches and they have all been pretty much the same-shit or shitter
he asked if it would sell
I said if the price is low enough there will always be those who will buy it cos it will hold them but that's about it
I keep telling him he has to pay £x amount to be getting good gear and then to make the ££ he would need to sell in bags of .2 for £15-20
or .1's for £10 and that people WILL pay that amount just to get something good and in fact,they would bite his hand off for it
but like so many other dealers,he just can't get his head around having to pay 3-4 times what he was paying before the drought to get good
 
My area seems to be moving in reverse now.
From things slowly starting to improve they have now gone back to how it was at early days of the drought.
Gear that was around a year ago that was total shit had disappeared but is now all that is on sale.
Just got to try and stop buying it and save myself some cash. Like you Ructions I had to start using valium just to get some kinda buzz.
Bloody shite situation.
