Regional Heroin Discussion v12 aka. Get yer junk out - Still no pricing please.

Jesus, it's like judges sometimes forget that they're dealing with real people whose lives are actually going to be affected.

Even if they do charge you tho Kat, it might never actually happen. I mean look at me, they charged me even tho they had a really weak case. Once I'd pleaded not guilty and it came for them to actually prove their case at crown court they dropped it.

I reckon a lot of the time they just wait until you enter a plea and hope you'll go guilty cos then they don't have to do shit and it's another conviction for their statistics. So fight the bastards all the way!

Sorry kat, that's a shit situation to be in! As hooks says, definately fight them all the way! You probably don't need me to tell you that. I hope it all turns out the best I can for you, when you next in court?

my god, i cant believe it, im down to 1 fella, il bother with..... if he goes im just out.. no bad thing.

this suks.

my mate that I mentioned yesterday, that I thought would escape a sentence, just got 12 months
this does not bode well for me as his crime was nowhere near as serious as mine
I hear the judge was a twat-saying 'I could give you a suspended sentence,but i won't'
now I am panicking
not only does this mean I no longer have a line to the decent gear but I could be facing a sizeable stretch

Ah but maybe he's a badder person than you, Kat. The whacking is meant to be for what you've done but often the judge is influenced by the kind of person he thinks you are. Google yours and adjust.

A mate of mine was detained by the Garda after a brawl at Leopardstown races. When he went up the stairs, he found the judge was possibly the only other man in Ireland to sport the same old fashioned, Jimmy Edwards style moustache. The judge too did a double take and checked the indictment date to ensure he wasn't taking the piss. The others got 14 days to 3 months; my mate walked out with a fine and thanked his lucky whiskers.

this guy was done for drink driving when he was 17 and wore a suit to court and subsequently had his shit handed to him
since then he said he would never wear a suit to court again
this time his parents insisted he wear a suit and this happens
don't think i will dress to smartly
a few others have mentioned this factor too

I dunno whether it is too big a risk to plead not guilty and possibly face a bigger sentence
there is the fact that they only have texts and bank records but others do use my phone and my bank
I have a good solicitor so,I'll go with what he says

Just be honest and say, how fucked am I?

Brutal honesty, just say if im going to get something should I even bother bullshiting loads, obviously your going to lie!!! But should you be flat out, im innocent what are you on about.

if people wanna say thats shit advice, you obviously must sat next to a judge, instead of a lawyer

damn thats some good gear i got

yeah so if your gonna be pinning stuff n your round my way be care full , cos this stuff looks the same as some average gear but is easily double the strength n would knock u for 6 if you did a dig the same size as the last stuff .

give your brief a few 'what ifs' and see what he says - if you come across as a scatty person , clumsy and forgetful but kind and generous (dont know how you would do that in front of the beak) then he may see that people took advantage of you

even my keyworker said 'it sounds like you were just a bit naive'
I am diagnosed schizophrenic and i chose this solicitor as he is experienced in dealing with people with mental illness
the truth is there is no way I could recall who else used my phone at that time
could you?bearing in mind it was 20-26 months ago
but sometimes they go easier on you if you plead guilty
as I said,I am best to follow my solicitor's lead

scored last night
more of the frosty
also tried another guy
gear looks and acts just like the really good shit but is just not quite as strong
one thing about this drought-it means many dealers have mastered the art of making shitty gear look good

Kat, whatever you do DON'T PLEAD GUILTY! Even if you plan to do so, do it later on down the line. Your initial plea can be guilty, not guilty or no plea. Always go not guilty or no plea cos then they'll have to actually look seriously at proving it in court. If they then look at it and think that they can prove it and they go ahead with it - you can plead guilty later on anyway!

Don't do their job for them, make them work for it and prove their case.

In fact, if they're not sure (as they must be due to them bailing you again and not charging you instantly) then it makes even more sense to go not guilty at first.

As for the shit about you getting a reduced sentence if you go guilty at the earliest stage - the 'reduction' will be small anyway. It's like having to go without water for a month or 5 weeks - does it really make that much difference? When the other outcome is getting off scott free?

Like you, Kat I tend to see a glass half empty when confronted by legal matters but Hooks may well be the man here.

The ONLY evidence against you is phone records from way back? And you're a diagnosed schizophrenic? Anyone could have used your phone. It's not your not wanting to help police nor to protect friends but you do not know. If they've no more than that against you, I can't see it even going to a jury.

I trust you've made sure your solicitor has a good reputation for fighting and winning, not just getting lenient sentences on guilty pleas, and won't recommend one of those terrible barristers from provincial chambers who play their part on the local circuit by pleading legal aid clients out at every opportunity. Now I think about it, four out of the four I've known who when told to plead guilty, instead 'sacked' the brief and went further afield, later secured acquittals.

Remember - the law isn't concerned whether you did it or not. Their concern is solely whether the evidence shows 'beyond a reasonable doubt' that you did it. I can't see how the evidence against you does that at all.

that is a good way to put it mate good advice i aint acting cool im too old for that but i hate the polie and our shitty law system infact recently im really falling out of love with my coutry it is like ive worked most my life and i cant get a script that will hold me for more than 8 hours , no work about you could go on moaning 4 ever
what a big steaming pile of shit of a place you cant even get good gera unless you are a millionaire but things could be worse of course

I know im V new on here, but the 'court room drama' conversation could you go to 'Social' I appreciate I commented. :)

OH my that was good, bang on weights 20 bags. 7/10 maybe 8/10 I was absolutely creamed off the first 20, had less than a half of it to start. got a good solid nod on, then kept on have .1 hits afterwards, and it kept my nod on V well.

Best part is I slept well tonight, normally I dont..... im going bak to kip mind.

So my one decent man left in oxford, is still going strong. :D

Oxford

^ Was just about to say the same, 90% of the entire last two pages are just chit-chat, and like you said would maybe be better suited to the Heroin Social.

Anyway... i'm still getting this lovely gear at the moment, just hopes it lasts ! It's a kind of dark/light (if that makes any sense, lol) sandy colour. Still not pre-drought strength, but definitely almost getting there!!

Yeah when I step back, even my one guy who is constant, its probs not always pre-drought.... but VERY CLOSE.

Everyone else is just not there yet.

I have opened a new thread in 'the dark side' called 'dealing with jail'
mostly US posters but good support
we can take this to there
don't want to upset the guy who once posted pics on here,to prove he was gouching(hehe)
no offence, just remembered that and it made me laugh

Here is the link to Kattastic's post in The Dark Side:

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/596963-dealing-with-jail

I've put the link here as there is a lot of interest from posters of this thread, including myself, so people can easily find it and carry on the conversation there.

@ Kat, I have no problem in getting that moved into EADD if you prefer it to be a post on it's own in here? Your call, send me a PM or something if you want me to do anything like that.

Kkat, I can move it over if you like :) TDS is great for support but you're right, it is mainly people from the states in there..

Alo, just checking in as usual..

got to say, the gear is proper nice atm.. first time since last oct.. i'm getting PD..only the one guy though, and he's powder power, if you get me.. doesn't need to be on constantly as its sooo nice!! its not consistent, such a wind up!

Still peeps around with the frosty shit, but i know peeps that have got nice, so i keep with them if the guy with the PD isn't on.. I would rather rattle, and just hang on in there..!

" Kat.. hoping things are going ok for you, haven't been able to catch up with all your posts, but i'm sort of getting the drift as to whats going on..

Has anyone heard from (( Loui the 16th )) at all ..? not seen him on other forums, and haven't seen him on here..worried!!!!!!!
