I reckon a daily dose like that would almost certainly stop me from using
But addiction services would never even consider giving out doses like that(well 200ml)-not round here anyway
my concern would be with a meth habit like that-I would never be able to cope if for any reason my script was withdrawn-as we al know this can,and does happen
the rattle would be horrific

Not bothering even trying to score as it's still all shit. Best it has been for a while but still crap. The main guy I see may have ok-ish stuff in the morning but by the pm it's diff (not just further bashed but total diff stuff) and the next day diff again. You need to smoke a hole half t to feel anything really, waste of cash.
 
nothing 2 report up in windy glasgow havent scored in 3 weeks cause there is no point its all low grade shit and l have a big tolerence so its always expensive for me 2 get a good dunt, 1 guy saying he has good in but am waiting 2 see wat other people have 2 say about it 1st n let them waste there cash

Said it b4 on here that most people are severly underdosed there are two things to remember , the therapeutic dose i.e it will stop you getting sick but also take away cravings as well as sit on your Mu recdeptors making taking gear pointless as it wont affect you that dose is between 80-120 mgs most people however are on a 'holding' dose 40-70mgs that just stops them getting sick.
BTWstill getting pukka gear rock hard sandy colour been around fro months now - dear but you get what yer pay for.

Same here mate!!! Things are better, but its still not good enough!!! My guy said he would have really good stuff last weekend, he had tested it & he said it was strong, but he still hasn't got it yet!!! If fact he hasn't had anything at all this week, so things gone downhill again!!!

I have cash in my pocket to~day but the only people with gear to night have stuff thats not worth scoring! My guy sez he'll have the good stuff this weekend, but i won't hold my breath!!! So sick of this..........

Right!

It's always the same with narcotic prescriptions; bloody great hassle to obtain one and, even if you do, you're shortchanged. Not a lotta allowance for addiction realities from the folks meant to be in charge.
 
When back to my doc for my next meth' script yesterday. She's gonna be away until early November so she's scripted me until the 2nd of November, because I'm on a low dose she's put me on twice weekly pick ups so I'm now only supervised on a Wednesday and Saturday. Yay. I'm well chuffed with that because my chemist is on my town's High Street and walking past you can see right in to the meth' pick up counter. I was always worried that someone from work might see me there.

holding down a job and managing a script is never easy
firstly you are supposed to inform your employer(like yeah,that's gonna happen)
then as you say keeping it a secret from co workers
and also having to pay for scripts,sometimes only for a few days

Up here our scripts are free. I was quite lucky that I only had to pick up daily for a week. The day I went for my first script (last Wednesday) I met a mate outside my doctor. His girlfriend is treated by my doc too. She's on 60ml a day and works 12 hour night shifts in a care home and still has to pick up her meth' every day from the chemist. When I told her my situation with work she said I had no chance of getting take aways, but because of my small dose the doc has been great with me. I won't be telling Karen that I'm getting take aways after only 1 week though.

Still the same gear round here in solid rock form. Looks the biz but got no strength to it at all. Rediscovered the joys of alcohol as a replacement. Not giving cash to useless dealers until they have got decent product.
 
Gear situ in Brum is crap still. The best I can get has been stamped on so not worth it no more. Went to see a guy who supposedly had pukka stuff but it was heavily laced with sleepers, not a lot of heroin in it.

This sucks shit, nearly a whole fucking year of this bollocks now.
 
ALSO expecting the regular annual drought that we get nearly every year just before christmas
the dealers still have plenty of shite to peddle
but back in the summer,I predicted that this annual drought would precede the return of the proper gear
So,we'll see.
The guy I have been scoring says it is still very dry out there

Never really suffered over xmas - even scored on xmas day once.Still getting pd stuff fir the last 2 months no change just fucking dear.

Christmas is okay
I too have scored on several Christmas days-as a junkie you gotta be able to cop every day
Usually the only time there is any issue is on Eid
I mean the drought that comes about in november time
usually lasts about 2 weeks and is just a bit more scarce and you have to shop around a bit

There is deffo something brewing in Dublin at the moment! :) I've heard a few different genuine reports of proper heroin starting to show up over here! :) I'm hoping to get a bit myself this week-end!!! :) Fingers crossed!!! I just can't put up with the low grade crap thats around anymore!!! I know that some people have been totally happy with the crap thats around, but most people are drooling at the month for some proper proper gear!!!! :)

I can't wait to try a bit, i'll keep ye all posted!!! Yee~haaaaa!!! :)

'Supervised consumption' is just another con played on the long-suffering taxpayer to ensure Treatment money goes where it's least needed. If you've the connections, Drug Treatment is a golden goose. At local level, anyone with a relative in the biz can claim money for any nonsense as long as it can be palmed off as 'to help drug addicts stop taking drugs'. The big loot is divvied up among the corporations like chemists' chains. Doesn't make an iota of difference to the amount of methadone on the streets - you can't supervise 105,000 people - but no 'treatment initiative' has worked in 40 years and failure is no disqualification. Who cares as long as they get the bread, it's only fucking junkies? Boots even demand addicts sign a 'contract' of good behaviour before they'll kindly dispense at £50 a pop; can you imagine any other patient groups putting up with it for a minute? The poor, desperate, bedraggled addict does because he's neither say in the matter nor alternative. A dreadful scandal and nobody even knows.

And the dope on the streets is back to not worth buying if you've a habit and want to keep on living. As Ructs says, Afghan production is up and it seems the incompetence or reluctance of British criminals, combined with international drug cops getting their act together and the worse-than--murder sentences handed out if you're caught, are responsible, Since the Turks who ran London were taken down, nobody's stepped in to take their place. Dealers, it seems, prefer to stretch out supplies and profits by cutting to fuck what does come in.

But you watch - it's Drug Treatment that will claim the credit for any decrease in user numbers. Didn't accept the blame once as addict numbers rose from 1400 to 350,000 but they've got it right now. What strikes me as the remarkable thing is that anyone would start a habit on what's around nowadays - probably in reaction to the drug education they receive in school and the arseholes with the money and the power in this once sceptred isle.

If you knew some of the folk i do, you would do the same trust . Their all banned from Boots anyway so the point is moot.

If you were dispensing a CD and someone comes in absolutley lagging on Special Brew , its a tough call. Some of my aquaintances have it written in to their treatment plan , that if they turn up for their Script "Off their Faces" they won't be given it for that day.
Most of these folk are on Benzo's as well.
 
Gotta agree. Back in the Rolleston days, the majority of heroin addicts were nice, middle-class folk; it was only when the workers got in on the act that the authorities got nervous and changed the rules. Now, the drug attracts underclass rubbish, PHC's 'scumbags'. I blame fashion; they wanna be 'chic' and Special Brew ain't got it. Imagine Boots demanding strung-out doctors or lawyers sign their wretched 'good behaviour' forms; talk about judging a whole group on the basis of their worst members
 
I just picked up some of this 'New' batch of gear, i'm gonna test it now, fingers & toes crossed!!! I'll be back later with a full report.............

Perfect way to spend a day off work!!! (I hope!) :)
