Hey all. I bloody hope things r getting better but the gear by me has been proper shite for quite a while now. I keep getting texts off dealers saying 'new thing, fire, fat bags' but I just discount them ALL now, it's all bullshit. It's just the same old crap over and over again. Really not worth wasting ur cash on.
Regarding scoring in a strange town, I've always had success going to the whores, just keep ur eye on them and don't let them disappear with ur cash (usual rules really). Buy them a bag and u shud be sweet.

Synthetix, is that true what you said about registered addicts never being given opiates in hospital, even if needed? If so, that's some seriously fucked up shit!! Is that for life, or just while a 'practicing addict'?

Not true AFAIK, was in hospital not too long ago and i had to tell them there and then i was taking H and methadone - didn't stop them giving me oramorph for the pain though, thank fuck! Anyone else have experience with this? Hate the idea of being refused in future....
hi fubar l have alot of diffrent times when l have been in hospital with clots etc and l have struggled to get pain relief,it really depends on the doctor who is treating you some think where junkies chaseing a free charge and some doc will help you out if your in withdrawls... a had a heart attack (am only 37) on tue night and had to have a stent put in my heart and they where injecting me with diamorphine its the 1st time l have had this in a hospital it was only 5mg while they put the stent in my artiery a feel they should a gave me more because it didnt touch me and a was in a bad way a frecked out and was trying to get off the table while they where trying to put this stent in cause ,your waken all the way threw this op

not true at all . I've had morphine in hospital whilst also getting my methadone & my Diazepam/nitrazepam script .
The reason i was in hospital was drug related also .
Caz did you have a Heart Attack last tuesday ?

If you've lived your life in London without encountering a smack dealer and aren't feeling too bad, maybe you should take the hint and quit now while you still can. Unless you've a trust fund or a sympathetic doctor, a full blown heroin habit is nowadays a condition best avoided.

scored twice in london when ive been down with my work, its piss-fuckin easy. Just asked a homeless guy outside euston station and he sorted me out in ten minutes with half decent tackle, got him a bag for his troubles and all was good. i cant believe you've lived in london all your life and cannot score on the street! It really has to be the easiest part of the UK to score brown in, for that reason im having trouble believing your story...anyone rattling like you said you are wouldnt think twice about asking someone on the street to help them

no one knows him,i got persistant messages wanting help,i gave advice but no actual help.but he wanted me to email him,alarm bells went off then when i saw his email was "hushmail"what 20 yr old street tough oxy addict uses hushmail.i said no chance im giving my email out,whats your fbook name,ill have a look at it to see if you actually exist!then all of a sudden his messages stop,if you were sick and all you had to do to gain trust is hand out your fbook name,you would do it!

Hey you guys, don't be so hard on synthetix. I had a 15 year long habit and never once had to resort to scoring off randoms on the street, and to be honest I wouldn't know how. Plus I look more like a copper than a junky so I wouldn't entertain the idea. Some of us just aren't prepared to do all the junky bullshit.
