How many NHS DM scripts are their 300 or so ?
Out of 300,000 when they come to an end that will be it i think .

They will roll out the odd experimental scripting like they do . By all accounts it's almost a full time job being on one of those trials . People would only go to that much effort for a few prescriptions & Heroin is one.

For anything regarding the old "British System" to ever happen again would amongst a million other things be a admission of failure in so many ways , what Prime Minister would dare take that on ?

Last time i heard Brimz, the 'trial' (as no longer a trial) down south got extra funding and was taking on new staff - almost made it in myself till life went tits up. What's leading you to believe they're gonna go down the swanny?

Damn shame if it does as it was making such a change to those using it. Love to see the crime stats in the period after they (potentially) pack up in the respective areas too.

Within a few minutes the little guy was away !! He can go faster as well but that 's only for special occasions.

anyone ever got weird rash on their back after shooting? got like 3 one inch patches, not been using sterile spoons or water and cigarette filters and reckon it might be related. need to stop that. oh and had some suspect gear that was really tough to mix, gungey and predictably weak as shit.

And what makes you think the diamorph prescribing is gonna be a thing of the past....?

To i against i....are the patches raised or just red? Could be a histamine reaction if raised but somewhat unlikely if you're not shooting anywhere nearby. What makes you think it's a result of the heroin or shit contained therein?

Well it had been 10 days since my last bag & yesterday I scored with Blind helper monkey & I have to say the gear was excellent. Maybe due to having a decent break away from smoking but it was proper scratch, itch, itch gear like I remember it being back 9 years ago.

tbh since kicking a 10 year habit & only having a toot once or twice every 2 weeks I enjoy the gear so much more, I really don't miss those sick mornings running around trying to raise & then score & all the crap that comes with life on the gear.

Much prefer these days to be able to have a toot & be smashed off a 10 bag that back in the day smoking a half gram just to keep well enough to get through the day
 
My perfect usage would be just to be able to smoke at night when the missis is tucked up and i can watch the teevee with heroin goggles on. Trouble is i need to smoke the next day or i wouldnt be able to work. It does hold me very well so might try an experiment tomorrow to see how long it takes before the yawns and sniffles start....bitd I use to wake up and not take a hit till i started to go in to WD's to double the pleasure of getting high and the relief of no WD's. Still got a nice big bag of this lush stuff and might get a blue bag on the way home / ghonna see if i can get the one wrist vein to show its self before hand.
 
It deffo is the best time to have a hit of gear when you are in withdrawals.
You are feeling so shit,with your nose running,sneezing,eyes watering, feeling hot and then cold not to mention the shits as well.
You know that as soon as you do that hit you will go from feeling like death to feeling oh so good.
That feeling just can't be beaten at all.

i noticed it during an itching session, hurts all the time now. it's raised like spots. just figured it might be related as i've been getting really slack with keeping shit sterile, gonna go to GP but gotta register first and need two proofs of address

True, but you have to be very, very careful indeed; otherwise, you are just winding back the clock to the beginning of your withdrawal. It's easy to use too much (because, even although you knew full well that this moment was coming, you didn't have the self-discipline to stash a tiny blim; so you have to score some more, and it's a long way to go on a cold, dark night, so you may as well make it worth your while .....)

A successful taper involves never letting your body think it's doing well enough with the endorphin production to cut it down. Hence my preference for just riding it out after a binge. I may be one giant μ-receptor with a severe toenail ache (your symptoms may vary) but there is no sense in prolonging the agony. I once even had a False Stone (caused by endorphin production overshoot, and followed by another few days of waking nightmare) as part of the withdrawals from a particularly strong batch stopped particularly suddenly.
 
Anyone else notice when you have some b's when your clean it no longer makes you go on the nod but stops you from sleeping in a speed kind of way?

I noticed this alot since I just been having a dabble here & there, I still get the proper b's feeling but no nod or ease of sleep, just up all night scratching myself to death :/

You near bristol mate? That will be the exsessive caffeine and speed ALOT of the gear round that way is cut with. Its there to make you *rush* when you boot it.
 
That sounds pretty normal to me even when smoking it. Like you say, if you're dabbling rather than hooked I've definitely found it a pain in the arse to get to sleep...sun comes up and all I've done is scratch me nose, almost fall off the bed 100 times and made 50 unfinished rollies!
