I also take a digital thermometer, and a small bottle of boiling hot water. Whilst doin the test, put the thermometer in your piss pot and check the reading. You want around 37 degrees. If too cold, add some hot water to reach desired temp. Works like a dream and thermometers are only 4 quid. Hope this helps.

haven't been on here in a while, been checking the thread now and again tho.
Ructions I can't beleive you still can't get good, my area around inchicore, ballyfermot is just about back to normal and we are getting good since around feb. the bags are still a bit small but thats about it.
Anyone have any tips on the best way to keep urine warm, iv been just putting it in a container of hot water on my way to doc's but now he's getting wide to everyone and is using the temp stickers. Don't want to lose my take aways. The taughts of going to the chemist everyday again kills me.

Hi Redz, good to see you back on B.L!! I hope your keeping well!! Yeah maybe i'm just being too fussy?! My boyfriend is from Ballyfermot, so we have gone over there to score a lot, & yeah the good gear that we got about 3 weeks ago was from over that way. The gear was good, but it still wasn't as good as the gear that i was getting before the drought. All of my mates are back using full time & they are totally happy with the gear, but i just don't think that it was as good as it should be, i'm a fuss bitch, but with the price of the stuff i feel that i got to be! Also i was finding it hard to get any sort of decent weight.

But then about 2 weeks ago i feel that the quality dropped again, but again a load of my mates were sitting around using it & they were as happy as hell with the very same stuff. I don't know what to think, all my mates have been using for years, we are all around 40, & we would all normally agree on whats good & whats not when i comes to gear, but these days we just can't seem to agree at all!! In saying that i haven't scored a thing in over a week, i have been getting texts with promises of proper gear, but i'm going to wait a while longer before i score again!

As for the keeping urine warm thing i don't know? I've managed to give a good few cleans into the clinic so i'm on take aways!! This is another reason for me not scoring, i hate the thoughts of going back to the chemist daily!!

I jus pee in a bottle leave n then microwave 15 secs b4 isee them n keep under armpit or groin area ain't let me down in 15 years YET Though i've only had to do it twice.

Fortunatley my doc only screens to check i been takin all what he gives me Benzos 2 types n Meth.

NEVER add any water 2 your piss , thats BOLLOX , i did this b4 i discovered the microwave and nearly got Dropped off my script 4 tampering a test , they clocked it STRAIGHT AWAY it may work 4 the dip screen test but if it gets sent to a lab you will get caught out, as i did many years ago i jus fessed up n nearly had 2 beg to keep my script.
As Ructions said the best bet is jus to actually have clean urine in your body , cos one day summat fucked will happen like your digital thermometer will fall out your pocket , or a magpie will steal it on the way to the clinic n u will be fuked,

Yeah tis common round here to have the lab tests they cost more but obviouisly are more accurate.

Hi there....shame to hear things don't seem to b getting a whole lot better with yr gear situation. I thought d midlands wud b one of d last places to get back on track wit d gear but like d sun lately there's an abundence of gear about. I wouldn't give it a rating wit numbers but cos i'd need matchsticks to keep my eyes open and i'm unable to get off d couch, i know its good enough. The price has also gone from 50euro back to 25 r 30euro for a bag. D bags r never d same size so i've no idea on weight. Speaking of weight it doesn't seem to b a prob to get that either.
Although I've been waiting for d gear to come back, I'm disappointed wit myself to fall back into it so quickly and am almost strung out again already Like lots of things in my life wen its around i don't want it and wen its not i do want it!
Its a shame to b clean for appx 4 months and so easily fall back into d vicious circle. And its a shame to say i feel a bit normal again, but of course being an addict is all i've known for many, many years.
Hope things start looking up 4 people soon and for others who have got clean i hope u guys will stay clean

i see lotsa ppl getting urine tests at my clinic
but for some reason my keyworker always swabs me and sends to the lab so i can't ever seem to give clean samples
also even after 8 days not using my sample still shows + for H
it seems to hang around my system forever
it's really demoralising esp when i have tried to stay clean
makes e wonder why i bother-therefore i don't

Your Doctor sounds like a heartless bastard for putting you through all that stress the day before your Dad's funeral, you'd think that they would have cut you some slack!! Most of the Doctors in the meth clinics are just robots!!!

i would have complained to the head of medical services in your county
i have been a lifelong complainer
as a kid i would plant small metal screws or bolts on chocolate bars-our garage had boxes of freebies everywhere
then when i et my kids dad he had really bad teeth-one day he was eating a cereal bar and he found a stone in it-guess what happens next-i take photos of everything and the dentist files a report=all dental treatment paid for up to date
i even took a 'mystery customer' course
complaining can be a career if you so choose-and a pretty lucrative one at that
I had £150 out of Bench last year
just grasp those opportunities
in the world of the internet,data protection laws are your friend-make it your bedtime reading

as i posted a whi;e back took 15 days 4 me 2 give a clean screen once 14th day was still pos n then 15th a trace n they let me off

complaining was a main factor in why i got dropped of a meth script the 1st time .
They couldn't handle the truth n i was scapegoated 4 actually havin the balls 2 complain.

Edit... I just remembered that you said your Papavers only germinated yesterday, so they are hardly flowering yet, don't mind me, i'm a bit slow to~day!!! Do you have to keep them in~doors? Are they difficult to grow? Sorry about the blight thing, i was only joking!! Fair play to you for taking the time to grow them, keep me posted on how the are doing!!!

Have things been back to normal for you since feb? I'm from dublin city center and its still up and down. but mainly down. all of the brown is cut to fuck with tablets. my urine keeps coming back dirty for benzos but i dont use benzos. there is loads of brown around dublin the last few weeks but its just not good. i cant see things getting better till the new batch comes in. this is the very end of the drought so it stands to reason that this would be when the brown would be less plentiful. the thing is that the brown is plentiful at the moment compared to 6weeks ago. but its just not all that good. im so glad of my methadone, i used to sell it off b4 drought but i hold onto every single drop now.
what clinic are you in reds ? its great that you can bring in clean samples in. i could never get away with that in the clinic that i go to. they watch everyone like a hawk in there, they supervise everyone, they go in2 the jacks with you and you have to piss in front of them.
how are others finding the brown in dublin? is there anyone on here from belfast? what are things like in belfast? i have been using another forum and england seems to get better and then bad again. ireland gets its brown from liverpool mostly so when it gets better there it should get better here.

are peopke growing there own poppy plants? can the plants grown over here be used for opium? what do you do with the plants? sorry about all the questions but i am new on this forum, i hav read through this forum b4 its crazy how all the brown users came together on the internet. do you not have to say things like SWIM got some brown to day blagh blagh blagh like on the other forums? that swim thing does my head in.
