South Devon is still bad bash everywhere unless you look hard..
Users have had to do a bit of traveling (30+miles) to score but its worth it, dark grey powder that leaves streaks like a paint brush on the foil, gives the user a nod, don't get the wrong idea it still takes double what the addict is used too to achieve the desired effect. The major prob is there is identical bash going round which is not streaky on the foil and has zero effect and some unscrupulous B*stards are mixing the 2.
But on the whole if the user is careful with their cash it can be found.

Try stimulating them- mailbed pressure or sternal rubs until paramedicts get there might help- but only modestly- that narcan is crucial and time is of esence.
The second type of OD is related to cut. They showed a rash of these in NYC in the 60s or 70s. The conclusion was that it was a reaction to the cut. Frothing at the mouth, diffuse rashes in the upper extremities- are some signs. Call an ambulance IMEDIATELY, and tilt head back to maintain their airway.

Dublin Update!!!!
Alright IrishDubliner!! How are you mate?! How did you get on with PROVIDENT? Did you ring them yet? I hope it works out well for you, but think long & hard before you tie yourself down to a loan!! €25 a week doesn't sound like much, but when they are knocking on your door on a Saturday morning when your broke its a real pain!! Especially if you spent the cash (as i did!) on gear that is long gone!!
I scored that H in the end. My mate sez it was 100% pre~drought H, so i was thinking that i was on to a good thing!! But it was that same really 'good bash' that i got last week!!!
The whole of Dublin is flooded with this stuff!!! A good few people that i know are happy with it, i'm sure that they must be just convincing themselves that its the real deal!! But its not!!!! I paid €50 for 0.3, & stupidly we got two bags, one for my boyfriend & one for me. & we both feel the very same way about it. (Last week we got around 0.3 of the same stuff for €30.)
It looks the Real Deal!!! Its a good colour, it has bits of rock in it, it burns perfect on the foil, with a lovely black shiny beetle & it leaves nice dark trails, everything about it looks 100% perfect, but its NOT proper pre~drought H!!! It does take the W.D's completely away, so it would be great if your not on a script, but there is Little or No Buzz off it!!! Its not worth €50 for 0.3!!!

it sounds like you got the same stuff i tested last night, it does a very good impression of gear, there is a taste of gear, but a very slight taste, it's that weak you would have to smoke loads or pin it to get a decent hit/gouch
like you said it's bash really, whichever way you look at it, low grade weak garbage, they can make a good impression of gear but it'll never be it...you can't polish a turd as they say
and they have the cheek to charge a fortune for this
reasons why i think ppl think shite bashed 'gear' is 'rocket fuel':
1: ppls expectations & tolerances have been lowered that much cos of the big 'D' (drought) they think this 'gear' is fire.
2: they were getting shit b4 the big 'D' so wouldn't know fire gear if it jumped up & bit them on the arse.
3: or like you said they're just deluding themselves into thinking its fire
4: or maybe some of them are pinning it & because of lowered tolerance etc, they are getting a nod etc & think it's fire?
these are just my opinions, pretty obvious ones really
so don't buy gear round my area, unless you are lucky & have a good realiable source, & unless you have more money than sense & want to waste good money just to get a slight nod 8)
