Hi Fr. Ted I haven't scored over the Westside of Dublin at all, maybe i'll try there the next time. Its been over a month now since i have scored at all, i'm really getting used to not using at this stage, although i still think all the time about how nice proper gear would be, i guess that is something that never ever goes away. Nobody i know is scoring anymore, one of my mates is totally clean for the first time in 30 years!!!! He is just sticking with is Methadone & he says he's gonna stay clean for good now coz he is so sick of the whole gear scene, or rather lack of gear scene!!! About 6 weeks ago things improved for about two weeks & then it all went down hill again. The gear i was getting was strong & it was the best that i had got since November, but it was still nowhere as good as pre~drought gear. So when things went down~hill again everyone i know got pissed off & gave up all together, which i suppose is a good thing!

But when i heard about the 2.4 million €uro worth of heroin that the garda nabbed it got me thinking "is the gear back?" But there is so much sub~standard gear around that i assumed that that was what the garda had got! & i thought that it was weird that when the garda pulled the car with the gear, that the car was heading from Kildare to Dublin/Clondalkin, maybe i'm totally wrong but i thought most of the gear comes from Ballyfermot & Clondalikin to places like Kildare ect? I don't know? Maybe i'm way off. But there was another big heroin bust about two months ago, yet there was still no proper gear available to buy, there was only sub~standard crap. So i thought that the resent bust might not mean anything.....

But now your report has got me curious, yours is the first real report of good gear in Dublin on this forum in AGES, most of the Dublin users have disappeared off Bluelight altogether, i still get the odd e~mail from most of the Dublin crew that i met on Bluelight & it seems that most of them have given up altogether & some of them score a lot less, but not one of them have managed to score anything good in months.

So your post is good news! At long last some proper good news!! YAY!!! So i'm gonna sit tight for a day or two & then i might dip my toe in again, i think i have done pretty good by holding off for over a month without scoring! I will let know you how i get on if & when i score. *move out'a the way, I'm going in* Wish me luck!!! :D

I'm delighted to hear that your getting good gear But sorry to hear that your going through such bad W.D's Could you not get onto a methadone program? I know methadone is horrible stuff, but i don't know how anyone with a habit copes without it? The fear of W.D's would kill me!!!

Dublin is totally flooded with gear, but its all low grade rubbish! Although Fr. Ted said he scored good gear in Dublin the other night, so maybe things are looking up? Its the first good report that i have heard over here in a month, so fingers crossed!! Take Care Zara & hopefully i will talk to you again sooooooooon!!!

ructions fair play to you for not scoring i wish i could get in the same mentality has you but i miss the gear so much. things down my way are still utter shite with no signs of improvement . What has happened to all the drought old timers like blondin,china white,pinky,louie etc . I alway,s check the site will this harvest improve the gear quality? it should be arriving late september hopefully
I got the chance to work in france but bein on a low meth script i wouldn,t survive the 2 weeks without scoring and france is a big place i wonder what the dope scene is there. If i was single i would go and work in canada or america, canada has very good drug markets with no3 and 4 heroin ive heard in the big cities .
why don,t you and your bloke go on some opiate tourism on your next holiday if things never improve and it is looking that way to me

So if it did come up positive for "opiates" (morphine) then it is possible to say you took co-codamol (something like nurofen plus) because you had toothache.

yeah so Gear i have some local stuff good quality n weight , seems when ollie gets good so do i , we aren't that far apart ,

My dtuff is dark grey in little bits , looks lke the last of a big weight. It runs fine , n i haven't tried it in the pin so can't comment on that although wot ollie said has put me off a bit, if i did i'd do .1 just 2 see . if it does the same, hopefully not.

Get a nice gouch later , i find sometimes when i've stuff 2 do . I can switch out of H mode , but its a fine line ,2 much n thats it the symptons are easy to identify , if u are with someone "THat Knows"

Anyway had a few lines now n can confirm that its good , it'll be on the only score for the week so i'll mak e 6he most, glad it was sweet cos i'd put all my eggs in one basket ! Can't be fuked with loadsa different baskets , n don't have alot of eggs

Yes Father it would make sense that the supply network would move out side Dublin, that is probably why you've been able to come across the odd good bit throughout the drought, by the time gear makes its way to inner city center Dublin it will have passed through many hands, so its getting cut & cut until it becomes the useless rubbish thats available here.

Fair play to you Father for saying that the gear was only 'acceptable' & Not out of this world, i have come across the odd bit like that myself over the last few months. You gotta laugh at the eejits claiming to be getting really good gear in Dublin for months now, although its fun playing with them when they make claims like that!!! Someone might just be lucky enough to come across one dealer selling ok stuff, but to go to a number of different dealers & get proper gear each time is just not gonna happen, everyone is just getting the same gear in Dublin, some think is usable, some don't.

My clinic has many very hard core users who have hunted day & night for proper gear since November & they still can't get anything as good as what was around before the drought, Dublin is such a small place, if there was proper gear around they would have found it by now coz these guys are using that long they know almost every dealer in the city. One guy that i know had became so obsessed with finding proper old school gear, he has wasted tens of thousands of €uro & he still didn't find what he is looking for. When our Doctor told him that everyone in the whole clinic was giving clean samples including himself (he was only dirty for benzos, but he wasn't always using benzos) He still wouldn't give up! It was only when his wife who also uses left him because of the money he was wasting ect Then at last he copped on! & now he has stopped scoring altogether after 30years of heroin use!! He seems so much more relaxed now that he has stopped searching! I'm so glad that i gave up the search a month ago! I'm might sit tight a little longer, coz by the time the stuff that you were using the other night gets to were i live it will have been danced on. Keep us posted Father Ted!!! Thanx!!!

Thank fook I ain't the only 1! Spent a good portion of Womad the other week sealed up in the portaloos (on a side note, I really noticed the quality and cleanliness of the portaloos at WOMAD, which was to my benefit seeing as tho I was heading off for a "pee" every hour or so!). I can't help feeling conspicuous, expecting to hear people whispering on the otherside of the door about how long I'd been in there, or noticing the consistent clicking of my lighter and the crinkling of tinfoil, or exiting the little cabin after 10-15min of smoking it out only to have a little kid and their mum head straight in after - that's probably the worst.

Appears we enjoy a glut of the quality gear here at last. Was out earlier with a young relative and his mate. " Aren't we going to see X? Wasn't so long ago you'd've waited till the cows came home for anything that wasn't 90% bash. Now punters can pick and choose who gets their money - one kid was bitching because his £20 bag only weighed just over .3.

Didn't try any myself but it smelled good, looked good and, from the instant gouch into which the two imbibers sank, did the trick in grand fashion. It seems we've a buyers market of the kind you could only dream about six months ago. Long may it last.

Well I can say things aint back to normal in any way near me in S Brum. The only half decent stuff I can get is a 20 odd mile round trip and it's only average at best. Been testing positive for benzo's and heroin so it's not a giant leap of imagination to guess what it's cut with! I aint had any benzo's for ages.

It's only recently things have been back to normal in this particular part of the sticks for more than three days straight. Perhaps the fabled new harvest arrives at last. Patience, south Brummie, hopefully soon come.

Or else it'll be back to crushed up pills and benzo powder next week. But folk seem optimistic the good junk is here to stay.

my best buddy got caught with 22 bags a couple of days ago ,me and him were both done for poss with intent to supply of amphetamines about five years ago,oh yes,and he was caught with firearm at same time !.what do you think his sentence will be in todays climate coz i'm seriously worried about him(he's like my brother see)oh yes gears still ok by me wolves etc...(just to keep on topic)

sounds like london is ok , but the stuff i have been getting in glasgow of this one person is cut with all sorts.
iv not seen anyone else with this gear , its a dark powder when you put it on the foil its dark with no shade of red init but you can tell its been cut with benzos or similar .
when you put it in the spoon it has leaves all sorts after you filter it ,very dark in the tools.
it has made me very ill its like its run my body right down trying to fight off whatever was in the stuff ,not good .
i never take ill as my wife would tell you my immune system is very good so it must be something bad to do this to me.
i cant remember the last time i got a bit of gear that tasted like gear .
but its like i said back in march it wont be back to normal until i get the jail, thats the kind of luck i have.

So distribution of heroin + a gun + previous for dealing?

If he's lucky with that previous he'll get 5 years, if he's unlucky he's gonna get the book thrown at him. Probably 10 years++. It's a bit hard to guess because there is no consistency in the sentences handed out.
