Nope, no white in the tooter, its just looks like gear. Dublin is fooded with the stuff, most people think just coz it gives you a nod that that makes it gear, but its not gear. Although luckily people in Dublin are at last starting to cop on a bit. At last people are admitting that its not real gear thats been sold. At last they all wake up!!! For months now so callled heroin is readily available everywhere in Dublin, its all sub-standard!! I can understant how the stuff thats going around now can fool people coz it really has a strong nod! But some of the crap that has been sold in Dublin over the last few months is a joke, its as if people were just desparate to believe that it was heroin that they were getting, its like a placibo effect, coz its only when you say to someone the the gear their smoking is crap that you see them suddenly realize that it is in fact crap!

But with bad reports now coming for the UK its not looking good at all. I'm really starting to get my head around the idea of getting totally clean & staying clean, i'm sick of all the bull shit. A lot of people have got clean from this drought which is a really good thing. Most of the long term users have stopped using althoughter coz of the poor quaility of the gear in Dublin. I'm even strongly thinking of dropping my meth by 5mls a day next week, the doctor has me on a take away for the full week now which is great!!! & i only have to go the the clinic once every two weeks now coz i get a double script!! So i'd hate to loose all that over some crappy gear thats only half of what it should be! Thats the plan for now anyway!!! I'll probably change my mind again tomorrow!!! :)

Hi ructions how ya doin...that whole brainwashing placebo thing is so fuckin weird aint it? Seeing people who have been users for years and years swearing blind that gear is good, which you just know is shite - their kidding 'emselves! 8)

I think reducing on the meth is a really good idea, tho 5mls a day sound like a very rapid reduction, 5mls a week is way quicker than I personally would wanna go. Another point - its good ur on a take home dose-its so much easier to reduce I think when ur in control of it - you just measure out ur reduced dose, which means you get to store what you dont take for emergencies, and also means theres no pressure or worry surrounding your reduction cos if u feel shit you can just top up. I reduced from 90ml daily to 80ml by myself when I was on bi-weekly pickup, without telling the docs for a few months, and managed to stash almost a litre of green.
 
If you put your mind to it, and have something to do so you don't think too much about it, a 5mg a week reduction is a walk in the park. Till you're down to 20 or 30 mg. Then it's a whole different story. Of course, you could cut down on the quiet and put aside a bottle of 'recovery capital' for a rainy day. (or to swap when the good b comes to town.) Surprising how many users would rather be in the dsp good books than ahead of the game in private but whatever works for you. Methadone has its limitations and, if you stay with it, a time will come when you wish you hadn't.

How many of you have access 2 Tin Foil via your local Needle exchange ?

The reason i ask is that most folk on here smoke gear n there4 need foil . My NS gives it away in packs of 50 sheets.
What i'm sayin is PM me .

If this is classed as sourcing please delete i see it as harm reduction. But its not up2 me.
 
Believe some areas decline to add foil to their exchange packs on the grounds it encourages heroin use.

Far too much of Drug Treatment is under the control of nutters. You have to rely on guerillas like Brimz or go to Tescos instead. A minor hardship but very much a sign of the times.

My NS had to go to the fukin Houses of Parliament jus to give out Foil.
Fair play 2 them , in fact they are very forward thinkin and for the 16 years i've been using them have always tried to be as On the ball as possible.
They give out lock boxes so kids can't get in em allsorts of good stuff.

@ruc....im with ya gurl-disillusioned with the situ is the the words for it....im on 25ml juice...so the finishline is almost on the horizon...and as you said-those weekly take-aways are essential for normal life to ressume...like you-my addiction is totally hidden...the lenghts i go to protect my privacy are extra-ordinary.....anyway-the shift in my sub-conscious thinking has taken a huge change recently-from "yeah-itd be cool to be clean"....to......"fuck it-why not be clean-life too short to be caught up in addiction"....so next step is to get my head around n.a....as it seems to be the only support available in the country...besides 1 to 1 counselling....

I have been addicted to heroin for now 7 years. I currently am sober and have been for 3 months now. Anyways, while I was abusing black tar heroin I was smoking and injecting. my tolerance is so high it's horrible. While homeless I had a $250-$300 a day heroin addiction. And the saddest thing is I wasn't even getting high. I was just not sick. I was using a gram almost every 4 hours. I would do a gram (10 bags) in one shot. Stay away from heroin....

You don't get any jimmy from the CDT I use , I have had a script with them 16 years , been on once aweek take home for the last 8 years , never had any bother off them and not been tested for about 4 years.
Went there last week and there new doc dipped me, I came back dirty for gear and benzos and the prick has put me on daily supervised pick up ..
Iv ended up havin a right fall out with them ,as I was given no warning , so don't know what he's tryin to do or prove. It's bollocks , to just put it on me like that. !
I live ina small village were every cunt knows everyone and there's no way I'm goin in the village chemist suppin jollop. Goin to look into a private script.

no foil here either
stupid cos so many times we spend our last pennies on product leaving none for peripherals like foil
but needles are free
so not giving free,smokable quality foil for free,encourages IV use,surely
 
drought still going in gloucestershire for real gear and it seems my dealer from brum have run into the law cause been off most of this month so it is like it is november all again
its not like i cant get gear but whats about is not worth the time or day , can get off one bloke at 100 a gram but it gives you a real heavy nod and a messed up head for 3 days after so god nows what that is cut with. every thing else is that stuff that does not taste of nowt with no strength to it when will it all end

This country is shit is this new harvest gonna work it seems to me to it is going to be like this 4 the long run, DE FUCKING PRESSED OKAY

i want what amy was having must of been better shit than down here
in my local city there has not been real gear since december and that was few and far between
but was spoilt from mid jan till july really just the odd few days but ham sure feeling it now ,have not slept a wink all week hardly . I got my cunupance really cause i glowted on this site about getting shit hot pakistani gear all through spring early summer but good things never last do they
 
exchange in newcastle gives out foil. the gear quality is so so, i can pay a bit extra for stuff that's guaranteed at being at least decent. buying from bag shotters is still a game of chance.

Does anyone on here like Russell Brand? I've never thought him funny and suspect he's a desperate piece of shite deeply in love with himself. He used to be on the heroin, doncha know, and knows all about it. My arse.
